Budget hotel nothing fantastic

Had to ask for tp twice, did not give us clean coffe cups last morning

Fine place, though breakfast was only Korean and did not open until 7 am. Difficult if you need to be at a Mee at 8 am

The Park Habio location was good, with a number of shops and restaurants close by. The breakfast offered by the hotel was a mob scene, and the elevators not nearly adequate to service the number of guests staying at the hotel. The rooms are very basic, not even a lamp by the bedside to read. Overall adequate, clean, walkable but nothing soecial

From what I understand, the building switches off the ability to use A/C at the beginning of October, and there is only the ability to switch on the heat. Since it is still warm outside, our room was between 79-81deg F (25-26 deg C) the entire stay. The high temperature in the room made it too hot to sleep at night and was very uncomfortable. There is no recycling on site and the buffet breakfast was the same every morning.

Room space is too small

While searching for hotels near Jamsil on the Internet, I made a reservation at Hotel Park Habio because the reviews were good. However, when I went there myself, the room was very small, and although the staff cleaned the room hard every day, there was dust all over the room. In particular, there were strange foreign substances all over the walls of the room I stayed in, which made me feel bad. And the bathroom shower booth smelled really bad. I don't think I'll come back and stay at this hotel again. I think the good reviews for this hotel were probably written by something like a review agency.

I miss American breakfast. The air conditioner was wonderful.

The place is spotless, professional, and easily accessible on foot, buses, or subway. However, a couple of notable things. First, depending on the room, the bed mattress was very shallow and uncomfortable. If you are staying more than a couple of day, I'd avoid "Superior Twin." Two, it was awesome that it came with included breakfast. Though, the breakfast was definitely not catered towards any western palates (like breads, scrambled eggs, and bacon). They got plenty of varieties for any rice focused meals and all the side dishes. Unfortunately, it lacked any variations of breakfast, serving the same food every day. I'm nitpicking at this point, still really enjoyed this place!

I wish the hotel had a microwave or a small table. Just so we could heat our food

The hotel was adequate but was quite noisy, lacked facilities and the outside of the windows were filthy. Breakfast was very ..... Korean with no real internation options other than cornflakes and toast. Water park seemed a bit deserted but then it was winter.

Stay four days for business but to realise the room is without a table. Bedsheet was not changed throughout the four days! Breakfast was really simple canteen style do not except much. Only good thing is 7-11 just downstairs and surrounding amenities.

The room is clean and with comfortable space. There is one cons which is the breakfast serving. I stayed for a week and serving the same kind of food in breakfast. Cannot even request a fried egg instead of taking the same and boring breakfast dishes. Advise hotel management to improve the breakfast serving option.

The location is between two subway stations, about 6-9 mins walk each way. The hotel is within a residential complex. Lot of food choices around the area. Must try jimjilbang since you also get a discount as a hotel guest.
