Finca Cortesin was a dream from start to finish!! We loved the room (so clean and spacious and well decorated) as well as all the amenities like the gorgeous pools, and the staff was wonderful. Food was amazing especially the Italian restaurant. We truly never wanted to leave the resort. We will be back!! Highly recommend.

Did not stay myself but friends who did said that the rooms are exquisite. We ate in the hotel restaurant which is pricey but the food is exquisite to match the prices . Lovely service and plenty of little extras that are the mark of a place that truly cares about its patrons.

Despite the hotel's attractive location, my experience during this ongoing stay has been far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, instead of enjoying my holiday, I have had to contend with a series of issues that have significantly marred my time here. The first problem arose immediately upon arrival when I discovered that I had been given a different room from the one I had specifically requested over the phone. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation in a way that would satisfy me, the staff offered a swap to an even less appealing, frankly unattractive room. This response only reinforced the impression that they were more concerned with defending their position than ensuring my comfort. The lack of empathy and willingness to assist left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. My experience in the hotel’s spa was equally disappointing. Not only was I not offered any options for the type of massage I could choose, but the reception staff were noticeably tense and anxious, which further detracted from the experience. The most troubling aspect, however, was that the therapist of Asian descent performed the massage in an exceedingly painful manner, despite my repeated attempts to communicate my needs. What was supposed to be a relaxing session resulted in sore muscles, preventing me from fully enjoying the rest of my stay. When I raised this issue with the spa reception, I encountered a defensive attitude, where the staff seemed more intent on protecting their reputation than addressing my health and satisfaction. The room service also fell short of expectations. The wait time for an evening meal was approximately one hours, which is entirely unacceptable for a hotel of this calibre. When I politely inquired about the delay, the staff member rudely hung up the phone, which I found incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, there was a noticeable tension among some of the staff during breakfast, which further dampened the atmosphere. In summary, my stay at this hotel, which is now nearing its end, has been a profound disappointment. Rather than the relaxation and enjoyment I had hoped for, I have been met with numerous unpleasant experiences and a clear lack of professionalism. I am deeply saddened that my holiday has turned out this way. Regrettably, in its current state, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a peaceful and high-quality retreat. Overall I would suggest Finca Cortesin to anyone looking for highest quality accommodations, service, and more. From the breakfast, the variety of restaurants, to the rooms (literally beat shower heads I've ever experienced), to the spa with sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. The golf course Finca Cortesin was also quite challenging but great to play. Highly maintained. The rooms were private and spacious even without a view on the first floor back of the hotel still great sunlight in the morning and large double doors that you can open up and let the breeze in. The beds were form and there were two different pillow options based on your preference. The people and employees were all professional. From Vanessa the server who was a pleasure to Pavel the bartender and many more. Everyone treating you with utmost respect and the quality you would want and more. The pools were also huge and crystal clear. Both outdoor pools and an indoor option leaves you with whatever best suites you. Lastly I have to state that the views are spectacular. The morning view on the terrace where breakfast is served is top notch. Will say there was much less vegetarian options than Id expect in the main Finca Cortesin location. With that they always found a way to accommodate. Would suggest
