We were here for a cup of cappuccino and finish some office work before leaving cadiz. The coffee was really very tasty and creamy. The ambiance was great, less crowded and very much suitable to grab something to eat and work while you are here. Service was nice. They have wifi too.

AS OF MARCH 20, 2024 THE AIR CONDITIONING FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS NOT WORKING. Be aware of this as the hotel staff will not tell you this when you book a room nor does the website mention this. I can speak to rooms on the 5th floor where the temperature was 26.5 degrees Celsius or 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel staff will provide a fan and will advise you to open the window. The fan has bright lights which light up the room at night. We used a sock and toilet paper and wrapped it around the fan's light. Leaving the window open does cool down the room 1 degree Celsius but allows the bugs and mosquitoes to enter the room. The open window also allows the noise from the adjacent college, the emergency vehicle sirens and the normal street traffic to enter the room. Both our rooms on the 5th floor were like this.

The hotel is located in city center, however the room was quiet. Very clean and comfortable room. The toilet was equipped with bath tub and also clean. The restaurant was nice, service was good, but the food was little too greasy. Breakfast was decent, there was everything to eat salty and sweet. I had to wait a little long for the registration process in the lobby despite the fact i was the only one to take care of. Very nice stay.

Cancelled our reservation 2 hours before check in. The receptionist was the most rude woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Completely unreliable and unwilling to help. Would never recommend.
