Absolutely wonderful hotel

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. The included breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced filled with healthy and well-made options. Cozy lobby with fireplace. Nice pool with steam room, walkable to town and ski lift.

We LOVED this hotel and would definitely stay again. Excellent location, food, shuttle to/from train station. Sauna and spa, hot tub experience was wonderful. You won't regret staying here.

Wonderful hotel

Absolutely excellent, every component. Room was beautiful, staff helpful and attentive, perfect location, great spa, great breakfast. Will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotels. The rooms are very clean, easy accessible parking, friendly staff, walkable to all points of interest. Loved it.

I have been 5 times to Grindewald and this is the worst stay ever. The night before my departure. I contacted the front desk to please help me arrange transportation to the train terminal. I needed to be at the train terminal by 0600 am. To make it on time for my international flight. I was notified that they dont start providing transportation until 0800 am. I asked for help to help me find a taxi or other private transfer methods. The staff did not have a taxi contact info. He told me to google it. He did not know the bus schedule either. He told me my only choice was to walk to the terminal early in am. With freezing temperatures, 3 females, and one of them really sick. I wasnt going to walk with all our luggage. As we walked from the train station earlier during the day. And it was sleepary and dangerous due to weather and therr was ice on sidewalks. I explained to the person in reception that I was risking lossing my international flight from Zurich. He did not seem to care. He did not make any efforts to help me find a solution. I tried contacting a taxi and private transfer but I do not speak German and did not undertand the voicemails. I ended up having to wait until 0800 am. Did not make it to Zurich on time. My sisters were flying to a destination were the arline only provd only 1 return flight from Madrid a week. So the rest has been a total nightmare. We ended having to purchase new tickets and make extra connections and spending more $$$$.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views. Super friendly staff. Awesome bar and restaurant. Try Avocado down the road for some great live music

The most amazing hotel location is perfect staff are amazing rooms are beautiful the spa is incredible you can not fault this hotel on anything we did not want to leave

Amazing hotel

This was part of a 21 day trip and was by far my most favorite. The staff and bar tenders were amazing! The views were fairytale perfect!

This hotel was insane! Luxury all over. I would definately rate it a 5*. Staff were so polite and helpful. Dave was great. He drove us to the terminal and back when we went to the top of Europe. A definite reccomend.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The team, facilities and service were excellent. The hotel had put a lot of thought into its guests experience and cater for any type of trip. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family and would visit again.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. I literally could not say enough about how amazing the experience was all together. From check in the staff were so friendly and helpful. Handwritten note, Flowers, champagne, and chocolates in our room on arrival. The facilities and breakfast are 10/10. They let us extend a night in our room because we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again. BOOK A ROOM HERE 🙌

Just had an incredible stay here! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had great amenities. And the views…. Stunning! The hotel reception staff were amazing, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Special shoutout to Mario at breakfast, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable start to our day. Can't recommend this hotel enough for a truly exceptional stay!

The hotel is centrally located and has a wonderful spa. The saunas and hot tub are fantastic. Breakfast was also amazing.

We had a wonderful stay but unfortunately had a miscommunication with check in who told us we got a 90 minute spa service each included which we thought was amazing g but did question as wasn't on our booking. To be told yes that’s right. At the end our treatments were charged costing an extra $500 which was not budgeted and we would not have booked if weren’t told complimentary. This impacted our experience here a lot.

We loved staying here, definitely would come back. Beautiful views! Staff was awesome. The spa was very relaxing. The kids loved it, especially the splash hour. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread and was very delicious. Small hike up to the property, take advantage of the shuttle service. Location was great.

The hotel was fantastic in all aspects. The rooms however, could have done with more lighting as it was very dark and difficult to get ready in the morning. Also another pillow would have been useful as the pillows are very soft.
