Good standard and good location

Cute hotel in a great location with excellent transport links and easy to walk to. Lovely decor and a quiet and relaxing room. Suggest some instructional info be left in rooms pertaining to hidden secret location of room thermostat. Addition of crockery, cutlery and drinking vessel would be useful in room with ‘kitchenette’, otherwise it’s really just a room with an extra sink. (Fridge would be expected in all rooms in a ‘boutique’ hotel). Additional alternative pillows recommended to facilitate support preference of guests also recommended.. not everyone likes a flat pillow. Overall A lovely place to stay 😁

Great location

Well located and convenient hotel, plenty of shops and stuff around and very close to the main train station.

Spacious, well furnished room. Nice coffee machine. Had a beautiful range of Molten Brown products in the bathroom - including conditioner and body lotion! Would definitely go back.

The room was small, but very nice. A great place to stay and at a good price.

Check in was a little confusing as we were told to use code to access the main door, but the keypad wasn't working. It turned out the door was unlocked, and then we had to use a tablet to check ourselves in and get our key card. Other than that, this place was great! Right next to the central station and within walking distance of a lot of great food and drink options.

Nice hotel next to Zurich train station. No contact self check at the cafe. Hotel will send email 24 hours before arrival with pass code for check in. Worth to stay in Deluxe Double room as it was much larger than the standard rooms which were squeezy.

Pillows were flat.

Super cute! Loved the cafe downstairs. Small rooms but was expected. Would def stay again.

Room was comfortable and nice. It was weird that all of the windows faced the neighbors windows so they could look right in. The place was close to the Metro station and easy to navigate to.

Check in after 9pm is through another hotel

This was our second time staying here. We love how close it is to the train station as well as the surrounding area. The room was spacious and stylish. I love the Nespresso machine in the room and excellent restaurant below.

Overall it was a good place with cute decor and roomy space. However, the room was very warm and the room fan did not work very well. Also the windows could not be left open at night since the train station was right next door and it would get too loud with all the trains passing. During the day it was noisy due to the nearby construction.

The place was great to arrive to after long haul flying - Check in was super easy and bed was great. Some minor cleanliness issues, I’m not sure it had been vacuumed but otherwise decent.

The location is very convenient to the train station and was perfect as a home base for our two days of train travel around Switzerland and early morning trip to the airport for our departing flight. We were very disappointed in the room specifically the lack of storage...no drawers, small "closet" with ONE hanger and some hooks on the wall. The bathroom pocket doors didn't close well and had no latch so privacy when using the toilet was a bit of an issue. I am not sure I am a fan of the self-check in as there really wasn't anyone available to ask questions about the area, dining options etc.

The AC didn’t go below 20C so it was hot in the room. Other than that overall good for an overnight trip

HORRIFIC! The kinder of the two employees I interacted with helped a lot and she was great, but the first woman I dealt with does not belong in hospitality. I arrived with two people in a room both only fitting one and set for one. It was also almost 30 degrees in there. This woman tried to convince me I was wrong about the room being set for one and refused to give me a fan when I asked. I found out the next day the hotel does have fans. So she knew we were in this attic closet of a room in a bed and space for one in high temperatures and offered no help as we stayed up through the night sweating and squeezing into a twin bed set for one. When I asked to cancel since they couldn’t offer a room to fit us she rudely said I’d be charged. No empathy. No solutions. What a horrible human being. That said, be warned, the “wispy” room means EXTREMELY small and room 41 is the size of a walk in closet with a small window that can only be slightly opened. The pillows are terrible and our bathroom sink was clogged. The bathroom door didn’t stay closed no matter what we did so you have to go and keep a hand or foot on it. The shower door is smaller than it should be so your bathroom will be soaked with each shower.

The rooms were like a furnace with zero propoer ventilation, please avoid during summers
