Stayed at this hotel before and got ViP access with my platinum status but this time around I got zero benefits. Was even put in a small and inferior room in front of noisy service elevator. Tried messaging the hotel and Expedia about this but just didn’t have the time to chase as I was here busy with work. Quite disappointed with this 2nd visit compared to my first.

Hotel was nice but very disorganized. We were very much looking forward to staying at this property to round out our trip, but from the moment we got there it was very disappointing. Parking lot was small and full even though we had reserved parking. Check in took over 30 minutes even though we were the only ones at the desk. One person had to continuously ask the next person something while we were left waiting. Due to my Expedia status, I was upgraded to a suite, but if you didn’t tell me it was a suite I would have assumed it was the normal room - nothing special about it besides a little more room and a coffee table in it.

Eric at the front desk was very rude to us at check in. He completely ignored Expedia VIP access benefit for Gold members of 29CHF credit for parking and insisted we pay 45 as he has no knowledge of that and didn't even want to show politeness and look into it. The attitude in general wasn't welcoming.

The hotel's location is great. However, two-thirds of the channels on the television did not work, the soap and shampoo were no longer refreshed in the room after the third day, and the thermostat in the room did not work.

Comfortable bed and room. Pleasant staff. My only comment is that the room temperature was too high for my likes and the air-conditioning was off (noting i like a room temperature of around 17°C)

It was good hotel and a good location. I didn’t receive any benefit for booking a ViP access or as a platinum member benefits which was disappointing. Staff were lovely and friendly though, but we weren’t informed about the city tax on check in and having arrived 4 hours early had to pay 80 Franks to get access to the room, even though it was already ready and available
