Great location, room with large window facing mountains was great. Very helpful staff.

Excellent hotel for the price.

Great location near railway station. Functional room and frictionless staff interactions. Slightly awkward room design does not allow for easy privacy for those taking showers.

Beware. This hotel is terrible. The rooms are not clean, paint coming off the wall, dirty carpet. Avoid at all costs

Located a stone-throw away from the Hualien train station, the HotelDay has huge rooms, a very nice buffet breakfast and super friendly staff Everything to see & do in Hualien can be done on-foot from there A must stay when visiting Hualien (this is my 2nd stay!)

早餐用餐時間都空空的 感覺不好

一進門有很重的濕霉味，棉被很潮濕，空調是中央空調無法依照個人適合的溫度進行調整，冷氣口又剛好對著床頭方向吹，這樣的設計讓我和先生躺在床上看電視沒一會兒就冷到受不了⋯⋯ 請了櫃檯服務人員來處理，告知冷氣部分無法調整只能進行除濕，但有幫我們換兩床較乾爽的棉被來，服務態度和處理速度都算不錯，有稍稍安慰我們對於房內霉味潮濕的不悅感受。 但隔天起床我頭因此吹冷氣吹到很痛⋯ 希望承億可以改善這個問題，會讓住宿體驗更完美。

The hotel doesn’t have very noticeable signage so took a minute to figure out the entry (it’s not an obvious door). They advertise soundproofed rooms but they are most definitely not soundproofed - I could hear people in the next room having conversations. The room was a great size but smelled musty, there were cracks in the ceiling and bad patched paint jobs. The carpet was quite dirty and there was some mould in the seal around the shower. The staff I came in contact with spoke no English whatsoever which I found weird considering Hualien is a jumping off point for Taroko Gorge where tourists would visit so I would have expected at least minimum basic English. They are also ridiculously strict with their check in times - I was about 30m early and they told me I had to wait. However, the location was good - right across the road from the bus station and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Convenience stores are close by as is a supermarket.

Pros: Very well located - across the road from the bus station (just behind the Hualien train station). Strip of mochi & pastry shops down the street. Nice, clean, modern looking hotel. Cons: No street level hotel signage, and the door was camouflaged as a rock wall. So walked right past the hotel initially. No room safe. Thin walls (you can hear ppl inside their rooms from the hall way.

Great location, nice hotel very convenient will book again if we ever visit Hualien

停車場: 免費的戶外停車場，須先跟櫃台人員辦理住房確認才會給停車卡，天氣因素停車場積水多處且深。 櫃台: 櫃台人員服務好，有點迷糊的狀況外，確認身分後仍拿著其他房客資料與我確認訂單，在桌上瞎忙翻找，而我的訂單就在桌面上的可視之處。 房間:位處最高樓層，價格也非該飯店最低價之房型，卻只有一扇寬約30公分 的窗戶，跟住在無窗戶房的房間無差別。有提供不同插座的頭 但對於我來說不好插進孔洞。隔間稍差....睡回籠覺的時候被隔壁房務員打掃跟打鬧聲音吵醒.... 浴室:水壓很不夠....調節蓮蓬頭的架子也壞掉無法調整。馬桶位置擺放挺怪的 坐在馬桶上 腳會抵到浴室的玻璃。 早餐:種類並不是非常多，但以該價格提供的選項已經是非常優質該有的都有，且樣樣精美補餐的速度很快。 整體來說:整體來說ok cp值也高~只是覺得可以更好

地點非常好,就在火車站前,租IRENT也非常方便,前方就有兩個站點,早餐一天是餐盒一天是自助,餐點都還不錯,用餐環境也很好,房間的部分,兩天熱水都不太穩定,忽冷忽熱,空調溫度調不下來,早上起床明顯感到支氣管非常乾燥

臨時決定開車到宜蘭、花蓮4天家庭旅遊!!急忙訂了3間飯店! 其中一晚就是承億文旅 - 花蓮山知道~墨玉行政四人套房(10樓) 原本對承億文旅的飯店印象滿好的，但此次花蓮山知道有點失望!! 整體設計感覺滿好的(但一點老舊、髒髒的感覺)!房間清潔真的有如其他人說的有待加強尤其在這疫情期間更要注意清潔問題~~ 1.房間地上都有一些頭髮、小石子、汙垢(因有一歲多的小朋友，怕撿來放到嘴巴自己用酒精稍微擦拭一下地板) 2.床邊牆壁都有些不知明汙垢自己還用酒精擦拭，床的下襬的布建議也拆下送洗了不要省這個錢!有夠髒，由其內側角落好像之前客人滴落的醬汁汙垢一大條看了都想吐了! 3.隔音超差!晚上11~12點還聽到同樓的玩樂喝酒聲!!早上5~6點左右聽到樓上還是窗外好像有滴水聲還是機器的運轉卡拉、卡拉的聲音~~更本無法睡!! 4.房間/走廊都有霉味、潮濕味!枕頭棉被也都有潮濕感 5.一早退房出飯店門口的樓上一直很大量的在滴水，因拖行李只能從大門的小斜坡下去!!所以一定會被淋到水!!也未有工作人員告知或幫忙~一個飯店門口人來人往卻一直在滴水!! 6.浴巾、毛巾老舊部份小破洞 7.廁所裡的垃圾桶生鏽的很嚴重 8.服務人員冷淡 另外因行程問題急忙收拾退房，到了宜蘭才發現放在房間桌上的一支電動酒精噴槍未拿到，馬上打電話到飯店詢問，但飯店人員說沒有看到!因出飯店後中途都沒有去其他地方所以確定是放在房間內，心想這麼大支的噴槍(約30cm)這麼會沒看到~難道是農曆7月?? 因為太臨時訂飯店了也滿相信"承億"這個品牌的! 住後回家看了"花蓮山知道"的網路上評價大多差不多~~清潔、隔音、潮濕霉味、工作人員態度、老舊..等問題 入住後跟網友們說的差不多(也是有好的評價只是剛好沒遇到) 真的住一次就讓我嚇到了!此品質飯店一次就好了~

地點近花蓮車站但離市中心稍有距離，飯店久未整修，有點老態，部分壁紙脫落，4人房浴廁門上下是透空的，隔音和隱私情形不佳，空調開關的LCD面板亮度很高且長亮不熄影響睡眠，電視機候機狀態的燈也是很亮不滅，入住時為防疫期間，早餐以盒餐供應，量足夠但品質不甚理想。 面山景的房間可見雄偉的中央山脈，偶爾也有戰機掠過，是難得的景觀和體驗，附近新落成的花蓮車站無聊時也可晃晃體驗台鐵風格，附近也有多家特產店。

隔音不太好，晚上水聲很大。房間的溼氣有點重，需要除濕機
