The hotel is meant for business travellers. I have stayed here for many times. This time (Dec 2024), the toiletries need to request from housekeeping and not in the hotel room. A bit inconvenient.
At least the basic like shower cap and tooth brush have to be in room for guess to use

Rooms are great, very nice property. Service in the restaurant could be better, it was a bit disappointing.

We were free upgrade to executive room. The room was very big with separate office table and sofa seaters. The toilet was huge with two basins. Location was not an issue for us as we had a private vehicle transfer.

Very spacious room and decent facilities. The staff was also very friendly. One thing to note was that the check-in time for weekends was 5pm, which is really very late.
