We stayed at Novotel Taoyuan airport because we had early morning flight. They have free shuttle service to airport is a plus. When we were waiting for the shuttle come to the lobby, my kid still slept in the stroller. Then the shuttle van was coming and we prepared to leave suddenly the staff came to us and said they would give us a free taxi ride because they concerned of my kid still sleeping and it would be more comfortable in taxi. It was really a thoughtful service. When we stayed in this hotel, I also saw a room for breastfeeding mom near to their gym. So this hotel really good for family with young children. I will definitely be back to Novotel Taoyuan if we have another chance to stay. Thank you.

It's very easy to access from the airport to the hotel. They give free shuttle from and to the airport. We just transit one night and we got right time to departure in the early morning 👍.

Far from city center. Suitable for early morning flights or evening flights. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for terms 1 and 2. Overall, it's fun, right? Unfortunately, to go to the convenience store you have to go to term 2.

Unpleasant check in experience. The hotel doesn't recognise my booking due to wrong name received on their side. Not sure whose fault is it. Only after contact online agent and wait for 1 hour to make changes then they allow me to check in. No courtesy on the front staff as well. However the hotel is indeed nice. Just my bad luck to experience unwelcome checked in. When their motto is Feel Welcome!

The hotel is very comfortable, near the airport, the breakfast is delicious, there is a shuttle bus from terminal 1 at counter no. 1. There is a pick-up schedule posted on counter 1.

Clean and comfortable. The only down point is the hotel close some room for renovation so is dark at the foyer. Also the direction of where the room located is a bit confusing with me pushing heavy luggage around the corridor. No concierge to help with luggage. I arrived at 8.30pm
