有點驚訝，這個飯店的衛浴用品居然是跟前一個客人共用、沒有鎖在牆上限制開啟！
等於隨便人都可以打開沐浴乳，洗髮乳跟護手霜的旋轉開口，誰知道裡面的衛生程度這個？疑慮實在太大了！
這部分做得很不OK！

CI時的FD很親切服務周到⋯
房間寬敞明亮，整體空間設計還不錯👍
只是在廁所更衣區看不到電視⋯⋯
床跟枕頭很舒服，
但是吧⋯隔音效果蠻糟的！
整晚都在聽水流聲⋯
水管系統隔音可以再加強，門片也是！
隔壁房的人半夜還在敲門&大聲喧嘩⋯⋯
各位～如果你在房內按了「請勿打擾」，請房客出去要帶房卡，因為電鈴不會響！！（設了勿打擾啊！！）
從11點開始忍了兩小時，半夜一點左右打給服務中心反應，後續到2點多才安靜（應該終於冷靜睡著）
CO時FD很冷淡⋯收完房卡就結束了⋯⋯⋯
五星飯店的服務就有點讓人失望⋯
沒有想要怎麼補償，只是有了這個紀錄，是不是要後續跟進一下？
虧我CI時還看到主管在跟員工（？）在演練CO情境對話⋯⋯結果真的就是演演而已😅沒遇到啊！

浴室淋浴設計不良容易積水，廁所門進出拉開都很吃力，房間（1401）冰箱門應該是壞掉無法關緊密合，自助式早餐生菜沙拉品項有待加強..過於單薄

第二次的入住，基本上跟第一次來的狀況差不多，整體滿意。唯餐飲方面真的還要繼續努力，客人多，補餐具速度不及，因此員工不停走來收碟，還未吃完就已經急不可待地收走了。打算吃歐姆蛋前問一問有什麼材料才決定要不要，我還未開口，就把蛋硬給了你。感覺只為完成工作而工作，沒有考慮客人及服務的本質。上次來已經是差，今次更差。若不是又一次TAI Game Player團隊的熱情，下次應該不會考慮再來。

整潔衛生尚可。 淋浴間門無法密合 導致其他空間地板也濕了。化妝鏡沒換電池 無法開燈。 裝潢簡單 中規中矩 沒有驚喜。
