Clean and good value. The breakfast buffet is excellent. They are still using “real” room key. This is very outdated and I had to be careful about not losing it.

It may be the best hotel in Taichung. The staff is respectful and quite proper. I think they all speak English too.

This Hotel Check in time is 4 PM (which rare already), and the staff still delayed my check in time to 4:30pm. Make me stand at their front desk half an hour (without reason / explanation). And, continue provide rooms to other customer. Do you know to switch a room for an on time customer ??
And, The room windows is very dirty, with have Bird Poo stick outside.

The staff were super friendly but the hotel is a little old and and the breakfast was not great.
My main gripe with this hotel is that the swimming pool and gym are not part of the hotel (one of my main reasons for staying there). The pool and gym are located in a members health spa in another building. (you have to leave the hotel to get to them). It's not easy to get into the pool and it was full of non hotel guests. The experience was not enjoyable and i would not recommend it.

We decided on the hotel based on the pictures, but the room and building we stayed in was across the road from the new building that was advertised. The room was fine but the hotel rather dated. Buffet wasn’t great, and masks weren’t required, with much of the food without barriers. The hotel is fine but not what we were looking for.

Definitely got ripped off by the pictures!! NO F*ING WAY this is a 4.5 star hotel... maybe a 2 at most! Breakfast was also disappointing due to limited options.
Expect this place to be extremely old.
Our shower handle kept coming off, toilet barely flushed, and shower door wouldnt shut...
Don’t recommend!
