The employee lost my card and I had to pay for it 1000 Baht! Very bad service! Rip-off!

Nice room and service, the staff are friendly, very close to BTS and shopping centre, easily accessible.

In-room internet is poor, connected but not moving at all. Water pressure was another issue and the room was very noisy. Woken up in the morning because the curtain was not blacking out the light from outside. PS. Even though you’re in-house guest, you still have to pay for parking fee THB 100 per night!

Good location. Clean room but it's too old so look like dirty. Room is too small. The walkway in room is too small to bring a large suitcase. Without a ventilation fan, the room is damp and smells old. But the worst is the ragged towel, no tissue or toilet paper. Worse than hostel.

Very nice people and good location with car parking. Close to Emsphere.
