I had a great time staying at Cactus Resort & Hotel for 3 nights. The room is not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. The staffs are wonderful, I think they are the best part of this hotel, they were really nice even though I don't speak thai, they tried their best to communicate with us. Thank you!

The price is the main reason why I often stay at this hotel. However, the cleanliness is something not so good as I see a few ants in the room.

Okay, but the reception is not okay. Anyway, it's not okay. Request the latest update The person who lives in the afternoon shift is very bad at check-in. Can feel that there is no service mind, the card machine cannot swipe If you want to provide international service, you should say sorry. There may be a problem. But here comes the blame on the customer card has a problem. We have to prove it, others do not work at all. Sorry, no word. Then, after collecting the security deposit, the key took out a piece of paper that was not stuck on the table. Is not explain well, have to let us ask In summary, it is a document to request a refund from the key deposit when returning the room. And another story, viewing booking is not good Not checking details, very bad, very careless people. Customers pay with an agent, but they will collect more, what is confused, not busy at all. Why not study the information of the customers who reserved that day carefully? P.S. The problem of the card reader has been like this for 3-4 years, if you don't use it, take it out. Just write cash only.
