The location listed is different from reality. In the advertisement it is 250 m to BTS but it turns out to be 800 m to BTS.

ถ้าเทียบราคากับคุณภาพห้อง ราคาดูสูงไปค่ะ แต่ถ้าเทียบกับทำเลกลางเมืองถือว่าเยี่ยมเลยค่ะ แต่ต้องเข้ามาในซอยลึกหน่อย แต่เดินได้สบายๆค่ะ เจ้าหน้าที่ทักทายดีค่ะ ชวนคุย ยิ้มแย้ม วันกลับขอฝากกระเป๋าไว้แป้บนึงได้นะคะ ปล.ที่ห้องไม่มีไดร์เป่าผมนะคะ

The room is full of stinking ball odor. But at night, the bathroom will find larvae on the walls, some on the floor, some old air and not cold. The bed and linen are not very clean.

Parking is limited. If full, means to park elsewhere When asked the human aunt, the staff at the front of the hotel were able to answer only that it was full, couldn't do anything. Security guards have chased to park the car elsewhere and go to sleep elsewhere. Despite paying the accommodation fee If not paying, will definitely go to sleep elsewhere. Many bedbugs in the room were given the choice of changing rooms. The breakfast menu is all there for a 3 day stay at an old hotel.

we were group of 3 females. on our first night, other crazy guests (from the sound of the voices were group of males) from other rooms were so noisy. they gathered, talked and laughed so loud. some were running around in the hall, knocked our door with no reasons and they were doing this for hours since midnight! would like to make a complaint to reception, but the phone was not even working! we couldn't sleep and we didn't have the courage to go outside the room and go to the reception. in the morning we complained to receptionist, and she was just say 'they already check out'. no apologies or whatsoever. we asked her to move us to lower floor, first she said no room, we kept insisted and finally we could move to lower floor. breakfast menu were all the same everyday, some electric socket were opened and seemed unsaved.

The hotel is dimly lit and the lighting is very lacking. Both in the hotel want in the hotel room. I ordered 4 rooms. The one room with a bunch of hair in the closet was really creepy and creeps. Finally, I asked for a change of room, fortunately, the hotel people were nice to give room change, even though they had to wait 1 hour. The first room again the spring bed was broken. average inside. the room lacks lighting. Then there was no soundproofing, noisily, asking for the neighbor's room. When at that time the neighbors of the Indians and they were also a group. Forgiveness is really a noisy hotel. If the location is not bad, it is close to the pratunam market, want to shop on foot about 10 minutes. The breakfast is still ok, there is salad toast, etc., but it's not really complete.

The rooms are a lot of cockroaches and also the toiletries are incomplete, toothbrushes are not provided. And the receptionist is not friendly at all. The food served for breakfast is not satisfying. Even the room smells of paint that is still wet. The service should be improved so that it can be better. The location is quite strategic to Pratunam and also a platinum mall.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Very disappointed because the service is not good. 1. Rooms are not cleaned on the second day, so the day we sleep with the condition of the room yesterday night 2. The hotel is dim, there is no good lighting, even though in the hotel lobby 3. Staff does not provide good service 4. AC it felt hot, the telephone in the room didn't work 5. Because the second day we checked out early at around 6 am, at the beginning of asking to the front office to provide early breakfast, because the room I ordered included breakfast, but not available 5. Dirty sheet I am a hospitality and I will never again stay at this bad hotel.

The place is dark, dirty and creepy. The bathroom is also dirty and creepy. The receptionist is not friendly at all. Clean rooms, for 6 days but only 30 minutes in the room we have checked out. Quiet location and far from anywhere, it's hard to find food

At first, it's hard to find the hotel. Signage is not well lit. It's an old building. The toilet have stains due to wear and tear. But yeah, it's cheap and it's what we paid for. Plus, with breakfast which is nice.
