Everything is below average of a hotel service. Staff might be polite but they are playing even sleeping on the floor while I was talking to them. the air-conditioning looks old and not as cold as it should be. The bathroom is not well clean. I changed the room twice but they all the same.

The wall is really crap, cheap materials. You can hear the room next door. I have to call the front desk to tell them otherwise we will change the room. The staff was helpful. Our room was on 6th floor, under the kitchen and restaurant (7th floor). We can hear things through the ceiling all the time, and when the staff and other guests walked pass our room door. We can hear every word they said. Really bad choice if you want to relax. The building is new, good decoration, clean and everything else is good except the noise problem. The location and the view from the top is amazing.

The room is very small, the room that is arranged in a dark corner, although it should be arranged for a better room. There are no people staying at all. Not impressed. Bad gain.

most expensive room The door, the clothes are broken, not repaired, the room is old, dilapidated, the price is considered ok, the view is good, but want to improve the room to match the hotel view The loft top is beautiful. The view is very good, recommend convenient parking

The room is not very clean. The water in the bathroom is not strong. Wifi in the room does not work. Breakfast is slower than scheduled.
