The breakfast is very good, the rooms are good, there is a game room for children and adults to play together, 2 swimming pools, not many people play. Waiting seats in the lobby are beautiful. Cafe cakes are super delicious, not expensive, definitely have to come back to stay again.

Soundproof is not up to standard, heard toilet flushing and showering every time people around use the toilets. Another thing, the hotel could not issue the receipt and folio doc. The first one is understandable, since I booked through the app , but don't understand why the hotel cannot issue a doc describing the staying detail like number of nights and food purchased. Feel dodgy, want to hide something! Service in general, is below par comparing to its sister hotels, which I feel very comfortable and pleasant. Sometimes feel like serving by robot trained to say no. One night of my stay, I did not dare to have dinner, felt horrible as the restaurant offered buffet dinner with no social distancing measure at all. They should learn how to service from their sister hotels.

At first, the view was great. Okay. Now the room came in. There was a problem of water dripping from the ceiling. But instead of the hotel changing rooms of the same quality (Or maybe even better) but instead came back to get an inferior room This time, I couldn't see any view. Because it was dropped to the 9th floor. The building beside the hotel was completely blocked. And which we booked We expect to see the sea view room already. Because looking at the pictures from many places, they will say that the two-bedroom room is the room with the sea view. In this trip, we went with a large family. With a small child to go with just a few months Have to change rooms at around 2-3 o'clock while grandchildren are asleep and then have to wake up again Grandchildren are crying. The room has a musty smell. The hotel is located along the road. At night, there will be cars that open loud music and racing. The staff does not have a complete check-in service, having to find a room to find the building itself. For the first time, if not coming again Sea water cannot be played because it is not a private beach. The beach is very dirty, lots of garbage. If compared to the price, then it is not worth it.
