Staff very friendly. The room is clean and location is awesome. The resort provide shuttle to beach or Jungceylon supermarket. From resort the is a lot food to be hunt. Just a 10 min walk to Bangla road. The breakfast is good

Good place and the hotel area near to patong beach, bangla walking street, jungceylon mall. The hotel good enough for enjoy your holiday. Around hotel many restaurants and food area. Good for shopping merchandise from this area. You can meet around there.

The receptionist was good and welcoming. The girl with braces was especially friendly and helpful :) They even helped us charge our handphone as the plug point in the hotel room was not friendly for our phone charger. However, upon arrival my husband had asked if we could check out slightly after 12, and they said YES, 1 PM would be ok. On the last day that we were supposed to check out, they called us at 12.05 PM and said that we have to check out in 10 mins time. We were obviously frustrated as we were not ready to leave just yet. This service and treatment received made us feel extremely angry with their service provided. When we left the room about 12.45 PM, the receptionist was ok about it and did not question us. Overall, the location is good as it's just walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

- The location is very convenient, near the beach and close to everything. - All the staff was friendly and courteous. - Wifi is not too strong but enough to use. - There is a tour guide at the lobby. She helped me a lots on booking Phi Phi Don tour and also the taxi. The price is acceptable and the tour is fabulous, the van transfer and taxi was on time.Tip: you can negotiate to get a better price.

I had pleasant stay in this hotel. 5 min walk to Bangla road & the beach. There’s a lot of cheap package tour nearby the hotel (package tour which handled by hotel is quite expensive so not worth to booked). Can rent motorcycle just in front of the hotel. Overall, recommended!

I visited Patong with family and the hotel reception was really satisfying. We got the room in the morning itself. Clean and spacious rooms. Very easy to access the places. The staffs are very friendly especially Mr.Nit. Will stay here only when I visit again to Phuket.

The service of this hotel is amazing, I booked a standard room in an upgrade so the Deluxe room has a balcony, the atmosphere of the hotel is clean, the waiters are polite, the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool has 2 good objects for photos, the most important strategic location. Want to go to Patong Beach, just walk, Want to find easy food, shopping for souvenirs, our smart people who bargain, just rent a motorcycle just need to go to far away like Big Buddha. Very nice.

The hotel is in a bustling area of Phuket yet the rooms are still quiet for sleeping. Rooms are spacious, looking for easy dining. Can buy breakfast in front of the hotel. The pool is clean enough to be enjoyed by adults and children. The negatives: no shower cap. No hotel slippers.

Most of the staff speak Thai. Swimming pool is not good at all. Old and floating leaves to see. Most of the staff are unfriendly. Not impressed Breakfast was terrible. Mama is also better. The bedroom and bathroom are very dirty and old.
