The hotel is very beautiful, with many facilities. There are free soft drinks in the refrigerator, but the TV should be changed to a smart TV. The staff is good and smiling. It is convenient to travel to tourist attractions. The swimming pool is very good, with a children's and adult pool. There are towels provided by the poolside.

I'm pleased by the service, especially from the bellboy is very handful, helpful and humble. All the staffs should receive 5stars. I could say the best stay during this trip was when I stay at Lacol. Definitely will come back.

Clean, breakfast is good and diverse. *There should be a hand shower as well because there are children around. It's difficult to shower. There's only a big shower.

Room facility is good, but cleanliness is not acceptable. Toilet smell is not good. Bath tub was dirty. Front desk reception manner was not good, no service mind. One unexpectingly good thing is Dinner restaurant.
