I'm pleased by the service, especially from the bellboy is very handful, helpful and humble. All the staffs should receive 5stars. I could say the best stay during this trip was when I stay at Lacol. Definitely will come back.

Room facility is good, but cleanliness is not acceptable. Toilet smell is not good. Bath tub was dirty. Front desk reception manner was not good, no service mind. One unexpectingly good thing is Dinner restaurant.

The hotel is very beautiful, with many facilities. There are free soft drinks in the refrigerator, but the TV should be changed to a smart TV. The staff is good and smiling.
