Impressed with the room but not impressed with the customer information provided and not impressed with the housekeeper who did not clean the room (stayed continuously). Came back to the room and found that the room had not been cleaned, no water, no tissue, so informed the staff that the room had not been cleaned. The staff then informed the housekeeper to come and clean. But the housekeeper walked to the room and said... that the customer did not inform the staff, but the staff did not inform about this and told to hang a cleaning sign, but there was no cleaning sign in the room. Then the housekeeper walked over and told the customer that it was almost time to get off work, cleaning time was over, which the housekeeper had to inform the receptionist and the staff had to solve this problem themselves by not informing the details. Most importantly, no water or tissue paper was brought, even though the reservation was for 2 nights. P.S. Very disappointed with what the housekeeper said. In fact, the housekeeper should have communicated with the staff from the beginning of the coordination. When we said that we had to talk to the staff about this, they cleaned the room.

First of all, the air conditioner is not cold and the room has a musty smell, not clean equipment, whether it's shower cream or shampoo, the hotel provides only one set. Importantly, the color of the sheets and blankets are not suitable for use in hotels.

Check-in 13:40 Staff to stay in room C6 When going to open the room, the room has not been cleaned We have to drive and go to the counter. To tell the staff that the room has not been cleaned The staff replied that He couldn't clean it in time. We answered that and then took a goon why we went to open the room when the room has not been cleaned. The staff said we had to check-in at 2:00 PM, so we said we booked. In the booking form, check-in is 1 PM. The employee made a request. And let Gun Jae Kong C8 come to us to stay

Stayed in C zone. Clean & spacious room & shower. New building with parking space beside the room. Villa/resort style in a quiet area about 10 minutes from Hat Yai airport. Complete amenities as advertised. No toothbrush/toothpaste. The amount of liquid soap provided was too little so had to ask for more. Towels were changed daily during our stay. The swimming pool was perfect for us (family with young children). We absolutely enjoyed the clean water & comfortable temperature. Staff was helpful & friendly. Food wise ok, not many options for breakfast. We opted for just bread/toast with jam as there was no halal food.
