Oh Boutique Guesthouse

This hotel is not really bad like what people wrote on google. I ordered this room from 28-1oct. All the facilities are good, we have medium room that really cheap with all the amenities. AC, water heater, Wi-Fi are working good.

Receptionist is not happy, not enthusiastic. They keep a deposit of 500, but until 10 am the reception has not come to work to check out and pay the deposit, almost paying the time to the airport.

Nice room with balcony, but the room size is pretty small but enough for all the important reasons. Easy to access and easy to reach. Close to many delicious restaurants.

Someone smoked in a building and I’m not sure if they ever clean the room.

- arrived with a message at front door “check in only* after 3 PM” , okay why can you let people sending a request if it’s not gonna work? I think I can wait for 3 hours somewhere nearby😿 -nobody pick up the phone call, and no contact only line and whatsapp but doesn’t exist (ID not found) Okay I kept waiting.... -at 3 PM in front still no people checking me in and I need to use the toilet. -20 mins later still sitting with no idea how to get into the room til I found out the tiny note on the table that where I stay isn’t the same place as where I check in (200meters away) - I was asking a girl who I thought a front desk but she’s not work here, then a girl said to someone “check in”. A receptionist (A chinese teenager) SAT on the floor playing vid game who I thought a tourist just show up and (Wow they were so chill) -I was waiting for 3 hours and tired AF just want to get in the room so badly -the bed sheets doesn’t clean also the blankets look really bad and not comfortable I felt so itchy on my body - the bathroom which I thought it’s not a private bathroom outside it would be better if somebody pick up the phone and tell me what I should do I never stay in the hostel it was my first time and you make me don’t want to try it ever again nobody help me carry 20 kilo big luggage to the high floor it was a bad service.... From a front desk and I was disappointed everything

Bad service I can’t contact anything . When I arrived at this hostel it have only the paper on the door how you can contact *** and line id:**** And it doesn’t work . We wait until someone who nearly told me how to contact this hostel and then we met the reception ( she very bad service also) I stand for a 5min and after that we can go inside to that hostel . bathroom smell stink. Not the same in the picture that I saw .Very bad experience .

facility in room nogood. TV can't to use, can to open but no have chanel to look. Towel to old. Public area good but no have coffee cup , I''m not sure in refigreator have ciffee 2 glass this is for me? . If this for me Too Big Thank . But if it's good, if we see the message on the paper that says for us.

This is my second time staying here but this time I was not satisfied with the room. I got the room on the 2nd floor which was the same price as the one on the 4th floor. The one I stayed this time was much smaller with a broken window, the bed was hard and not comfy like the bed on the 4th floor. But what bothered me the most was the bathroom which was even much smaller than the bedroom, plus the water leaked to the front door of the bathroom and it was annoying every time I took a shower cause I needed to watch out for the leak. There was also no toiletries provided this time in the bathroom. I paid the same price as last time but got worse service.

Pros- the location is best, near a bus stop, walking distance to all convenience. The room is clean, bathroom is in front of the bed room, bedding is comfy, a working table, and spacious. Cons- check-in desk is at the big branch and you need to walk about 500 metres to check-in/out so this is not good for a rainy day or if you're in a rush. The running water is quite slow for the fourth-floor rooms and the water heater is very loud when its working so that's quite disturbing when other people are taking a shower.

the price was reasonable. I got my own room and it was nice and clean but the bathroom was separated from the room. I didn't mind about that. for checking in is quite far from the place. I actually liked it here. the wall was leaking while it was raining.
