Hotelnya bagus dan oke semua. Mewah tapi harga oke banget. Cocok banget buat stay di sini 3 hari 2 malam. Kolam renang nya best banget buat sunsetan dan yang bawa anak-anak juga pasti happy karena ada kids poolnya juga.

The hotel is good for 5 stars, but I had a bad experience, from the beginning I came, 1 drink in the mini bar in the room was gone, but the next day, when I checked out, we were even given the mini bar bill, even though we not drinking at all. Fortunately, in the end, the mini bar bill was canceled. Then, my hotel doorknob also seemed like it was about to come off, not replaced. Maybe it's just accuracy, I got a room where a drunk person used to be, so the mini bar + doorknob was broken 😅.

Allocation during check-in is very poor. I have to wait 1 hour since 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Therefore went to eat, walk, waited almost 2 hours, then asked the next room Tell the room that the problem is still not finished. Waiting for almost another visit. Really check in at five o'clock. Really long Plus the room that was pushed to check in repeatedly sitting in the room Suddenly someone opens the key card. And said that he was playing in this room Where is the safety Where is the privacy? This kind of encounter is very scary. Not impressed with the service at all
