We lost the thing in the room but they didn't inform when check out or call back after that. Bad impression! First time I called to ask them, they told that "no record from house keeper". Second time called, they said that they already informed me and I told that I don't want it anymore. But I never say that. Was your communication or questions clearly to the guess?

Good service, very courteous staff, good breakfast but the rooms that stay in the water drain. In the morning, the staff were well looked after.
