the room is spacious and the location is strategic. you can rent motor just beside the hotel. The staff of Capuchin is awesome polite and helpful.

The room was really nice and good layout! so the staff are very helpful and friendly. The mattress a bit hard but can accept. Good place to stay not far from beach :)

Nice stay, hotel room was awesome and staff were supportive.

Negative 1. Bathroom was generally clean but had slight mold at the creases between the tiles. 2. Faulty light where the hangers were. 3. Tele was bad. One room had hbo the other didn't. And was grainy. 4. Wifi was atrocious. 5. They had an outdoor lounge chair. But ours had no mattress on it. The other room had it. 6. Lampshades were not very clean. But not very dirty. But u could do some proper housekeeping for that. 7. The bed was lumpy. Found out it was the the mattress topper. We called housekeeping and they removed it. Without changing a new one. Mattress was still hard but it was better than lying on an uneven surface. 8. We had to pay a whopping 400baht for a missing umbrella which we borrowed someone and was not returned. (our fault) but the price was really ridiculous. 9. There was a Spoon we left over at another room we booked for a friend to checked out earlier. Upon Check out, they wanted to charge us for that missing spoon. Apparently the extra spoon in the other room was not declared. After raising my voice, they decided not to charge. The riony. 10. Aircon took a long time to chill. 11. We had to ask the housekeeper to mop the floor where we spilled a drink at the balcony. We tipped her too. But this was only after she said she already cleaned the room. I don't know if she intentionally did not clean it or she just didn't check the balcony. 12. The kettle snout was dirty. Positive 1. Cheap and value for money 2. Convenient location 3. Good working water heater and water pressure 4. Housekeeping cleaned the room and changed out the towels and trash daily unless told not to. 5. The snacks at the mini bar and fridge were replenished daily and were all free. Neutral 1. Service was so so. Language barrier was one of the reasons why. 2. They had a makeshift outdoor grill. From my observation. The prawn and chicken used to cook was left there from morning till night. Although it was cling wrapped, perishable items like that should be kept in the fridge below 5 degrees to avoid contamination. These items were left out in the sun to sweat. And I am sure it was kept till night as there was a significant amount in it. This should be taken seriously before something bad happens. 3. You should put one fixed receptionist there. Don't tell the guest to go over to apple a day. If u think that it's OK to do that then make both buildings capuchin or both buildings apple a day. Don't expect guests to accommodate your inability to provide needed manpower. And have the baristas who are not sure of anything handle recept issues only to ask the guest to wait. Major turn off. 4. Hire less baristas because they don't look the least busy anyway. Instead hire more receptionists. #priorities Other than that because the accommodation was affordable, we cannot be expecting much. But thank u for the hospitality. The two men Who helped us (one big bodied and one slimmer guy), thank u for accomodating us. They were professional and kind. The bigger bodied guy even helped us up with the lugages. Good job! Nothing personal but we were kinda upset because of the umbrella and the spoon. I am sure We were not difficult in any way and did not want to complain about the lack of things in our room. But the cost of the missing umbrella and spoon really had it. Hope u guys do something about the issues I brought up above. Our stay was at room 203/204 (4-8 Oct 18)

such a wonderful stay! the room was clean and beddings were super comfy. convenience store is next door. beaches and night market are steps away. worth the money. will definitely be back again.

A very beautiful and clean room. family mart is downstairs. 4-5 stars hotels nearby. this area is pretty much for foreigners, not locals, who can buy boat trips to islands. limited parking spaces at neighbors' hotel.
