1. Book a double bed room. But enough to get a twin bed room. Employees say they will move the bed together. There is also a crevice between the beds. We reserved a room, we want to have that room. 2. Employees have a facial expression when we do not agree with the room does not match the reservation. 3. Hard bed is not soft at all. The blanket and pillowcase is old. 4. The booking system of the customer is poor. May be communication and misunderstanding. Let the staff understand that we booked from you. Then come to our room. We came to the back of the reservation that we paid through the card. So we went back and asked for a refund. The staff also said that we gently. There is no request for ID card. This is not a good place to be.
