For the price hotel is fine, room was comfortable and clean. The staff at reception were hard work when checking in though. We just needed a room for the night to sleep so it did the job, wouldn't like to stay there for fun or longer though. Decor was all over the place, like it's trying to be cool but trying too hard.

Unfortunately another 'VIP Access' property which doesn't offer the benefits stated when booking- far too many of these now! My last 4 or 5 have all been the same. This hotel is in very good condition, in a good area, and the staff were very welcoming. Despite the hotel being quite quiet during my stay, the restaurants in the building were busy enough and there was a good atmosphere.

It wasn't terrible, but i would never go back to this hotel and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all it took me probably 30 minutes to figure out how to work the lights in the room, too complicated. Also the door to my room wouldn't lock, had to have them fix it. The sink 's drain was clogged, had to have them come up to fix it. The safe in my room had no batteries, had to have them replaced it. There is absolutely no privacy in the room, the toilet is viewed from everywhere, there are no walls to separate the toilet from the rest of the room, no doors at all, so your bed, shower and the toilet are all in one place. Absolutely insane. The four restaurants on the property were always packed. People smocking outside, I smelled the smoke everywhere even though they say their hotel is non-smoking. The loud music until late at night. So i think this is enough of a reason to never go back. And im pretty sure im missing something. Oh yeah, the breakfast that isn't free, you have to pay extra for was a joke for the money.

Terrible experience. A place we have stayed at multiple times before but will not use again after this.
After booking the room in advance at gppd prices for 2 rooms for a business trip the hotel decides to cancel the rooms and sell them to a higher bidder then trys to cover it up even though i spoke to a agent at the hotel to let them know we will be checking in late.
Mistakes can happen but its how you deal with them and it shouldnt be at the customers expense nor convenience.
Changed our booking to park inn motorcity and this will now be our go to place to stay.

I stayed at Studio One whilst on business in Dubai. The hotel made for a great location around the locations I visited. There is a good choice of restaurants available and staff were really friendly and helpful during my stay.
