Great location

I was really caught off guard when I arrived the front desk lady insisted on a deposit saying it was something everyone paid! This was not mentioned when booking. I have no problem paying it when I’m aware but while paying my 100 deposit two others checked in with zero deposit!! So frustrating. I felt like this was such an unfair thing to do! I won’t go back even though I really enjoy the property but if it’s nessesary for me why pick and choose who pays it! I left my room extremely clean as I always do!

This is an older hotel in need of updating. The over all appearance was clean. The lobby is not attached to the building with the rooms so you have to go outside to go from lobby to room and vice versa, not really a big deal just didn’t know. After check in we were tools where our room was and it was on the second floor and we looked and looked for an elevator but there isn’t one. Again no big deal but it wasn’t communicated with us. The room looked clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The pillows are horrible, small and square and hard. The towels were as one would expect from a cheap hotel, thin and rough. Now our big issues. We booked our stay for 5 nights and out of those 5 nights our room was properly cleaned 1 time. The first night no one even entered the room and when we returned after our day it was just as we left it. Dirty bathroom, cluttered sink, unmade bed. I complained and the next day the barroom was cleaned and tidied but the bed was left untouched. I complained again. The next day the room was actually cleaned with the bed made. The fourth day we returned to our room from the days events to find it once again untouched and nothing cleaned. We checked out in the 5th day and I hope it was cleaned before the next guests. This is completely unacceptable. The breakfast is nothing to be excited about either. Waffles, cereal, milk, bread, small muffins, bagels. Instant oatmeal and hot coffee. The hot water didn’t work very well. Unlikely I will stay here again

I liked the stay mostly but I have 2 complaints. No local NBC, ABC or CBS TV stations. I was not able to see the local news and weather. No clock in room. The clock on the microwave was not set. I could not tell what time it was so had to call housekeeping to ask the time because the front desk did not answer.

I have stayed here many times, but the condition of this room was the worst of any I have stayed in here. The sink is peeling, the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall, the carpet is massively stained, and the security latch was gone off the wall. Breakfast used to have warm options like sausage and eggs, but it doesn't anymore. If you're looking for a cheap stay, it's ok, but the condition just keeps deteriorating. *I tried to add photos, but it won't let me.

This is our fifth time staying here this fall. We come to watch our favorite college football team play. We’ve made a fun weekend with every game. This hotel is convenient and affordable.

Went down for a family wedding and was close to everywhere we needed to be. Room was beautiful and accommodated all 5 of us comfortably. Even had Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom for extra luxury!

In the bathroom along the edge of the walls and under the sink was like they never mopped. I used one of the wash clothes to try to clean it, but it had been there so long it didnt want to clean up. Very disappointed on the breakfast. you had a selection of cold cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins. the price you have to pay, should have been cleaner, and better food. It's pretty run down.

We regularly travel through Provo. We've stayed here several times, & will stay here again. This hotel is conveniently located, a lot of dining options nearby. We always get an accessible room, with a walk in shower. The rooms are clean, & the beds are very comfortable.

Very old ran down and dirty. The pictures make it look up dated and clean. The drawers were full of crumbs and hair. The overall room was dirty and not cleaned properly. Wouldn’t suggest staying here. I won’t do it ever again!

No plugins for iPhones,etc Old and run down Noisy as you can hear your neighbours and doors slamming Tile grout stained Not worth the money!

Our overall stay was good. The location is great, it's really in the middle of everything, the access is great, parking lot is close. The area is good, feels very safe. The hotel rooms are on the outdated side. Brown carpet, the overall smell is not great, the room is a little dark. The mattresses didn't seem bad at first, but we woke up with back aches in the morning. It's a good option if you want to stay close to BYU at a decent price, but know the hotel is outdated.

Location was great. Nice walk to and from the football stadium. Not super clean. Found leftover food in the fridge. Yikes.
