It has become our tradition to stay at this hotel right after Christmas until New Year’s Eve. We love that it has home feel, it has pool, hot tub, sauna, games such as pool table, ping pong table, air hockey. We enjoy the option of breakfast included with stay. There is a ski and see rental that offers discount on rentals of ski and snowboards to people staying in the hotel. The main desk staff is always so nice and helpful. There is a gym as well as coffee/hot coco machine available 24/7 as well as water fountain. Shoppes are walking distance. Many ski areas to choose from as well as other winter activities. I would like to see new pillows though, my neck was hurting pretty bad every morning. Beds could also use updating. We love staying here with our kids.

My family liked the lobby area with different levels. The pool area was great with different games such as ping pong, pool, and air hockey. My kids had a blast. I also appreciatwd the ski rental right in the hotel with a good discount and equipment. Breakfast was great with very good coffee and coffee options as well as eggs, protein options, fruit, pancakes and oatmeal.

Nice property, nice pool area right by the lobby, great location to restaurants, wal mart and right by the Olympic Park. Only complaint is the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on but all in all, very nice stay.

It was only one night. The room is nice size, the pool and hot tub looked inviting but we did not use. I there is a free breakfast but we did not use. We were disappointed with noisy hallway until about 1:30 AM, and my wife couldn’t find a hair blower. We should have called the front desk for one but didn’t. Management says there is supposed to be a blow dryer in the room. Maybe we missed it but we both looked everywhere.

Only issue i had was the AC not working for two nights.
Tried to get it fixed when mentioned to the front desk and maintenance.
But the issue was not resolved.

phenomenal stay at this hotel. The service was top notch, the rooms were exceptionally clean. The indoor pool, spa, sauna and games were the best part of the entire stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
