The pool was fun and warm, breakfast had great options.

Staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that I was charged twice for the room and I am still waiting to see the charge reversal show up in my bank account.

The pool is awesome for kids!

The pool was perfect for a staycation for my Granddaughters birthday, she loved it, and I liked that it was not deep. The dining room was ok a lot of tables were wobbly, when we came for breakfast on Sunday morning everything was empty, but they did get it filled back up. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, would stay here again

Hot tub

Site was ok for cleanliness. Our TV remote didn’t work and we called to ask for help and no one showed up. My husband had to ask for more towels for the pool and front desk staff acted very put off by his request which made us not want to re-ask about the remote so we just dealt with it and turner it on by the TV. The heater in the room blew hot air full blast despite us turning it all the way down to 61* and low. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. Overall not pleased and won’t be back.

It was a good weekend. As with many hotels there are some Maintenance issues. I don't go out of my way to look for issues but a toilet needing shimmed and a new wax ring is pretty noticeable in a common restroom. It wasn't a bad stay. But the better hotels notice the little things.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, fairly quiet and decent location. Pool area was full of kids so we didn’t check it out. We didn’t get up early enough for breakfast so can’t rate that. Price was fair for a last minute booking. 9/10

The pool was great for the kiddos. When we got there, the beds in our room were disgusting. It looked like there were bloodstains on the sheets. We asked to switch rooms.

The night desk people were good. The woman handling breakfast was very sweet and kept tables clean. The day time woman was not good at customer service. Lied about my deposit being returned upon check out. It is still pending 7 hours later. I asked housekeeping for extra washcloths and she said no. The room we were in had pink stains all over. The hot tub drain stop didn’t work so after wasting time filling it up get in and it was empty in a matter of minutes. By the time we got a new one it was too late to use the tub so it was basically a waste of $ to get that room. The shower didn’t work at all. My sons room the shower worked but we had to spend more time than we should have had to to get it to work. We normally stay at best western plus because of the great service nice rooms and I love the coffee machines. The coffee machine at this one is mediocre. On a good note the jacuzzi at the kid pool was really nice. The pool itself is for kids. Can’t really swim I think 3 feet was the deepest it got.

Coffee machine and ice machine were not working. Water fountains needed filter replacement. Many traditional items at breakfast were missing and those that were available were stale and reheated. Loud parties downstairs and not enough parking. Front service was horribly ignorant and did not know why they charged me things and would not give me a receipt. They said it was a deposit. I will update when i get my deposit back. Many other similarly priced hotels within 2min drive and i recommend staying there.

Great time and great staff

VERY nice place. Clean and a great staff. Room was above and beyond great. Dining options were all around and felt safe and secure thru-out stay.

Not at all what i expected as seen on pictures need a refund. The place was dirty and old. Our pillows where smelling and dirty. Our shower had hairs in tub. I did let a manager know. Also breakfast can use an improvement. So very disappointed. Went to celebrate our weddings anniversary drove 2 hours for a gery poor experience. Would really want a refund.

someone was talking about a vehicle break in when we checked in, using a card to access elevator, we realized we weren't in a safe neighborhood and it was unsettling. Check in lady had a movie on her phone and volume high as we checked in - was so rude.

The staff were attentive and polite, there was a breakfast buffet, it is convenient and quiet for our cross country drive, the guests were kind and polite. The room was tired, towels could be updated / refreshed because these didn’t have much life to clean left in them.

Was good, quite a bit of chlorene in the pool though, i loved how the pool was warm! Love the coffee station!
