The breakfast was surprisingly tasty hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage patties.they also have cereal, bagels and oh and apple juice . I’ll be back!

I have a problem with shower the water wasn’t draining and the room smell weed and I asked to get cleaned I left the room for whole day and when I got back by the night the shower wasn’t fixed they didn’t bring clean towels and the room was still smell weed and to bad my stay wasn’t good at all

We were there for our grand-daughter's birthday. Location suited us. Pity that the waffle-maker never seems to be used. Whole-wheat bread would also be a nice addition.

Another last minute single night stay.. Having stayed here many times in the preceding years, I was disappointed to find the condition of the property had diminished. The phone in my room didn't work; apparently they've disabled in-room phone service completely, so no wake up calls. However, as they've removed all the instructions to use the phone, I couldn't turn off the flashing red light that indicated a waiting voice message. Worse yet, they removed the clock radio, which used to be a standard feature. I would have used that for a back-up alarm. Not all the lights in the room worked. There were only 3 hangars in the room to hang up my clothes for the overnight stay. on top of all that, the refrigerator in the room had a broken door which wouldn't close completely. Therefore it ran constantly (for who knows how long) and made weird noises that kept me awake. I finally had to unplug the refrigerator so I could get to sleep, as I had to leave around 4:30 am. Not what I expected.

Cafe da manha pobre e com muitos itens faltando. Atendimento ruim e o quarto muito mal conservado, cadeira danificada e TV sem sinal. Pedi para arrumar a TV e me disseram que era.assim mesmo.

The rooms do not look like what the pictures show on hotel.com. There are no dressers in the room and the bedding needs desperate attention. No mattress cover and covers are worn and as holes

Newly remodeled with laminate floors, allowed pets, and very affordable. A free breakfast included, eggs, waffles and more! We were very pleased

The rooms need a total rehab. Carpet is pulling up from the floor. Got is to the airport in good time.

Room was okay besides the dirty towels and bedsheets. Sink had no hand soap. Front desk was able to bring me new towels and soap in a timely manner. Still wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff was wonderful. The bedding needs improvement

Rooms are dated, but some have been modernized. Breakfast was great on Saturday, but on Sunday it was lacking eggs and many other items that were available on Saturday. Staff is great and helped us with all our questions. Loved the free shuttle to and from Midway. Steve the driver was very personable. Abdul at the front desk was wonderful as well.

Floor and sheets were very dirty

There were webs, spiders, long pieces of hair all throughout the bed. It was dirty I would not recommend this place

The fridge did not work, the bathroom was dirty and the TV box was not working. Ordered DoorDash and they stole our food. Not a safe neighborhood. Spend more money and go somewhere else!

Very disappointed. Room needed MANY updates. Bathroom was gross. No hairdryer. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Drive to airport was good.

The posted pictures were nothing like the room. No amenities as advertised. We had to switch rooms because the first one was down a dark hall and had been broken into previously. Room smelled. Blinds were broken and had been repaired with a brochure. Pillows were old and lumpy. Top sheet was too small for the bed size. Two nice things: it was close to the airport and the shuttle was clean and on time.
