This is a wonderful hotel and I loved staying here. The room was clean and so comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and so professional and nice. Staying here was a wonderful experience.

Great location, very easy to get around. I enjoy the local shopping centers of restaurants very close to the beach. Make sure to stop by and support the local little bakeries and coffee shops. They are the best.

The tv controller didnt work and it would be nicer if the tv was smarth i mean be bearly use it but i think it should ve better and workable evetything else its cool.

The hotel photos are outdated, the room features are very worn, and smelled of cleaning chemicals. The hotel amenities were old, the pool was filthy and outdoor lights not working. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel experience was underwhelming and didn’t feel accurate to what was being advertised. The staff was very friendly and good location for South Beach walking and beach access.

There was no real issues with the stay but I do try to book modern looking hotels. I felt the pictures online of the hotel, the rooms and its furnishings were deceiving. All furniture and was old and outdated. The couch in our suite was very beat up. And it wasn’t what I was expecting based on the pictures. Otherwise the hotel was standard and nothing went wrong. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant downstairs.

Front desk people are friendly and helpful but the condition of the hotel is not as pictured. It’s the first time I’ve experienced being catfished by a hotel. They only provided one towel per person, no bath mats. Hot water in sink wouldn’t even turn on. The room smells like mildew. The shower was in terrible shape. The floors in the hallway were obviously buckled and the walls in the elevator were fabric bubbling off the walls it had been stabled to. The lights on the buttons of the elevator didn’t even work. I didn’t feel safe in it and just chose to use the stairs for the duration of my stay. I wouldn’t stay here for what price they ask. I’ve seen $40 a night hotels look better then this.

Cleaning staff was not friendly. Said "hello" or "goodmorning" several times and got no response. Instead i was looked like i asked for a ride to the airport. Hotel is outdated with dirty furniture. Needs upgrade. The front desk was very nice and friendly.

Housekeeping for my room did a very great job. Lobby staff are very friendly. Only problem I had was noise. My room lets in hallway and neighbouring noises really easily during the night and out of the nights I stayed, half the time they started playing pool music at 7:40am that disrupted my sleep.

The location is great, its also clean but my main complaint would be that they don’t specify they have no parking, And the hotel rooms are smaller than expected. Small older hotel but well maintained. Also watch out for the resort fees but that is normal for that location.

The hotel is on a great spot walking distance to food and fun. Downside is there is no microwave in the room and the hotel does not have one downstairs so there is no where to re heat food.
