This property is few steps away from Birch Run Premium Outlets, close to restaurants, gas stations, 10-12 minutes to Frankenmuth, close to highway 75 access, staff is friendly like Nick, the lady in The breakfast room is very friendly. Asked for some things like comb, shave, change to be used at vending machine, change of bed sheets, they are very quick and helpful. Highly recommended especially this place is also good for young children and family.

The chlorine level is toxic and lung damaging. The worker did nothing to help us or resolve the issue. We are coughing and having difficulty breathing now from breathing in the chlorine in the air as well as the pool. Also, one of our rooms had a broken blue screen tv and another had no light at the entrance of the inside of their room. The walls are chipped and carpet old.

The customer service was excellent. The building is run down with lots of stains on the carpets, the bed ruffle as well as the walls and ceilings. Ceilings are water stained and have numerous patches of all sorts everywhere. The pool and hot tub area is very run down and dirty, the hair dryer in our room did not work, there was something nasty on the bed ruffle. Overall, the building and amenities are in bad need of repairs and updating

The front desk person was nice and the lady serving breakfast was really cool but we booked a Jacuzzi room it looked like it hadn't been maintained for years the acrylic was cracked and pealing and at one end of the tub it wore all the way down to the black shell of the tub (totally disgusting) the shower was no better it looks like it needs to be replaced just like the jacuzzi does. The top sheet of the bed had black hairs and 5 stains on it we also found trash behind an end table a cup lid with a straw and a candy bad full of empty wrappers. We were very disappointed because the pictures of the property and rooms on the website look like this hotel looked fairly new and spotless but in reality it looked beat up in person. We like your company and your hotel brands but we won't be going back to the Birch Run property in Michigan

This property is very dirty and the pool and the hot tube had light brown water and the pool area was very filthy would not swim in the area.. the king size bed room is very filthy and the carpets was filthy and my shoes stuck to the floor.. sticky

Room was big and clean. There was a tv in each room, a fridge and coffee maker too. The lobby was clean, there were vending machines. The pool and hot tub were luke-warm; too much steam to see anything. The hotel was across the street fromBirch Run mall, so that convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I waited 25 mins to check In as they said they were making sure our room was ready. When entering the room the beds had no pillows they were not queen size beds they were double. The room smelled, the heat turns on whenever it wants and it becomes extremely hot in the room. The phone didn’t work to call downstairs and when you text they don’t reply. We were told they would send someone up because we had no outlets that worked come to find out they don’t have maintenance in the evening. The pool is very cloudy so kids couldn’t go in it. Not worth the money to stay provided my complaint to the manager this morning and received nothing for all of these inconveniences. Very disappointing for a country inn and suites.

Elevator hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long as well as hallways. Our bathroom had poop on wall behind door and all that was done was a quick wipe with a Clorox wipe. Not a “I’m sorry” or anything. Not even a discount on the room.

At check in the room they had us in wasn't ready no sheets on the bed pillows in a pile on the bed and the bathroom was disgusting. From the sounds of it this happens quite a bit and there were multiple issues with rooms that day alone and they don't have anyone from maid service on site after probably 5pm. They were nice enough to move us to a room that was ready at least but communication with the person at check in wasn't great so wasn't sure if the room he moved us to was booked for the next day for us or not. Breakfast was good and the staff doing that was very nice but seemed like they were still filling stuff at the start of breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm at best though and I quit drinking it and went for starbucks after finding bugs in my cup.
