This is a great property to stay at especially when coming from the airport. The only issues we found were that the firepit was not working when we were there. However, it was not a huge issue for us!

Not the Marriott standards that I was expecting. Room smelled very gross when we arrive and throughout stay. Furniture has lots of stains. Broken elevator. No sheets for pullout bed. Gave us the wrong room at check in.

The a/c for the room did not work. Every time I contacted the front desk about the problem (a total of five times) they would send someone from maintenance to reset a breaker. The a/c unit would run and cool for a few minutes then shut down again. The temperature in the room was 78 degrees. It was cooler in the hall than our room. When I asked for a new room, I was told there were none available. At about 2:00am my wife and I had enough and checked out of the hotel. We were told by the front desk that there was nothing further they could do. So I payed for a stay in a room that was uninhabitable.

We arrived at the hotel at 1pm to see if the room was available yet which it wasn’t and the front desk said it would be available at 3pm, which no biggie we were just seeing if it was available early. Well we get back at 3pm and it’s still not available and they said they didn’t know when it would be ready due to the rooms still being dirty. After sitting in the lobby and seeing people who arrived after us get their room, we started to get very annoyed. We went to the desk multiple times and they still kept saying it wasn’t ready yet. At 6pm, I went back up and it still wasn’t ready so I ended up asking if there were any other room options since I had originally booked a room with 2 queen beds. We were able to change to a king with a pullout couch. Thankfully I asked because we had an event that evening which we ended up being late to. After this incident the rest of the stay was fine.

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff I encountered were very accommodating. I needed accesible rooms and the front dest attendant made it possible that they were reserved for me. The food and atmosphere was great. This will be my go-to hotel when visiting Ohio.
