Very friendly calm atmosphere that is very important to me my only wishes of the hot tub was working I understand it takes a lot of money to heat it but I would pay an additional $20 a night if the hot tub was working. The breakfast is poor. Warm up your own omlette and the bakery items dry. Asked for a disposable toothbrush but they only have paste. Outdoor pool and hot tub so was closed. No one at front desk even after I rang bell. Thankfully the ned was pretty comfortable.

It was a nice room with the exception of the bathroom. The toilet looks like a bullet went through the tank and it was cracked from top to bottom. The stone tub surround also was broken.

I have never seen staff at Front Desk in any hotel so unhelpful, so uninterested and so unwilling to do their job by interacting with their clients. Im now done with this Days Inn in Brigham City. Their attitudes and behaviors are unacceptable and I will NOT stay there again!

I have stayed a few times at this property. For the price there is value there but it is subpar on a few levels. The front desk staff I have decided just don't like people. Its a fight to get them to talk to you - I always seem like I am a bother to them when checking in. AC units are VERY noisy and is only drowned out by the noise of the freeway next door. Their breakfast options are limited. I guess I get what I pay for :(

The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Very welcoming... but the desk person was not.
The desk person was not service friendly, and really didnt care about anything other than the dinner he was eating at the front counter.
Wont come back due to him.

Room was dates but very clean and smelled good. Staff was friendly BUT they came and knocked on our door to remind us check out was 11 am. Like WHY????? Also we picked this affordable hotel for the use of the spa which is CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Would have been nice if it wasn’t LISTED as an AMENITY
