Property did not have a pool like stated and did not have a free breakfast.
Hotel room bathroom had hair all over the tub and sink. Shower curtain had blood or snot on it. Couldn’t take a bath without having to clean the tub ourselves first. Water pressure for tub only worked well when you run the extremely hot water. Outlet didn’t work well in bathroom and wouldn’t work hair dryer or curling iron. Wallpaper in bathroom is peeling off.
Rug in the main room looked very dirty and we couldn’t go barefoot.

Horrible. The parking garage elevator was broken so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. They knocked 10 off of the parking. Sent us up to our rooms. Come to fund out they were both occupied by other people. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queens. Ended up getting a room with 1 king and one room with a murphy bed you had to pull down out of the wall. It was a horrible, horrible experience. It took an hour and a half to finally get rooms we could actually sleep in even though it wasnt whay we reserved.

The hotel was a basic room, nothing special. All the room walls and hallways were painted brown giving it a gloomy feel. The tub was rusted and just old. Time to swap it out. Other than that, staff was friendly and shuttle service was a great perk.

The hotel was fine, nothing crazy. The handle to my shower broke off and I couldn’t turn it off whatsoever so I had to switch rooms but was ungraded to a nicer room so no complaints. Very nice staff.

I liked that is was just a few minutes walk to get to the main part of downtown.
I didnt like that they had the tvs setup so I couldnt use my firestick during downtime.

I need to send a special thanks to our shuttle driver, Carl. He was attentive, funny, helpful, and his service was the highlight of the weekend.
In the room, the phone did not work, so we had to go to the front desk to ask for supplies for the coffee maker.

For $300 a night, this was not worth what was paid! The elevator in the parking garage was not working, so stairs had to be taken to even check in. Although it was close to the attraction we were there for, it was not to a Hilton standard.The bathroom was awful. No hot water in the shower.The lobby was full of smoke in the evening from the bar. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Overall a good stay. Clean, good shape, service was good but understaffed. Breakfast on Sunday before the Chiefs/Browns game was packed. Waited a long time to pay $22 for a buffet with no eggs. That was a blemish on an otherwise good stay. Liked the location.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and it now seems to be getting a little dated. Service at the bar was horrible. We sat at table and they saw us but ignored us until we finally said something. The cookies are great!!

The ceiling was leaking in the main lobby- which isn’t a big deal. The leak was more like a stream and a bucket was placed to collect the water. The bucket couldn’t hold the large amount of water that was leaking so there was a large puddle. The room had a large amount of water damage, cracks in the ceiling and discolored walls. The wallpaper in the hallways was clearly damaged and falling off. Staff was nice.
