For 2 nights we did not have hot water, and I was told it was going to be fixed. I spent 3 nights there, so most of my time there I had to shower with ice cold water. They did offer to change rooms but I thought it was a hassle because I’ve already settled in. I think if something is broken it should be fixed urgently. It made my experience inconvenient and annoying.

We stayed one night prior to an early morning flight. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dinner in the restaurant was pretty good. We will stay here the next time we visit San Francisco.

Very happy with this location. Room was nice and updated and the bed was very comfortable with pillows that don’t deflate the second you lay your head down which was a huge plus for me. Would definitely stay here again.
