The location to USF was perfect and we truly enjoyed the overnight before cruising !!

The service was excellent and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The staff was accommodating when we needed a place to meet. The elevators were quick, and the room was clean. The walking paths to the west of the hotel were great for a morning walk. I would stay here again.

We went there for a relaxing pool vacation and was not informed when booking or upon check-in that the pool was under construction. When speaking with the front desk…which I think may have been the manager…her was response was that’s unfortunate!!!

This property was convenient for us and all the staff were very polite and good except housekeeping. Our room each day was not cleaned properly and we had to consistently call down to get items that they forgot to put in the room - bath mat, shampoo, soap, glasses. Kitchen counter wasn’t cleaned, microwave wasn’t plugged in because cord was too short and safe was never opened even though we called to have it done.

There was black mold on the ceiling in multiple places in the room, especially in the bathroom which is a health hazard.

Day 1, cleaned the room, but did not replace the towels, bathtub drain very slow, sink drain slow, shower fixture needs replacement. Day 2, did not clean the room or replace towels. Coffee maker pitiful, went down all 3 days to the restaurant for coffee.

There were a number of problems w/this room: 1. Our rooms was never made up 2. At one point, there was no water. 3. The breakfast was terrible. They did have an egg making section, but it was crowded and almost imposslble to use. The scrambled eggs on the buffet were inedible Definitely appreciated the van to the park.

The hotel was great. We didn’t know that the pool was being worked on. The breakfast was great

This room was amazing. The cleanliness was perfect, shower pressure awesome, and made to order breakfast was included!

Overall it seemed like a nice hotel. This is NOT one I would be staying at again. Took us over 30 minutes to check in. Halfway after waiting a woman appeared in leopard leggings and a snoopy sweat shirt to try to help. She kept bouncing from computer to computer saying technical difficulties. Needless to say she couldn't get them to work. This should have been a warning. After finally getting checked in and ready for their free happy hour we headed to the elevator area. No suprise most were down and it took another 15 minutes to get on one. We then get to our room and by then happy hour is nearly over so I stayed behind with the kids and decided to maybe order pizza and see about relaxing in the pool. The pool was closed, I really shouldnt be shocked. We order our pizza and when my husband goes to collect our pizza in the lobby he was going to grab a few cold drinks from the shop open 24 hours since our drink were still warm. The shop is closed. Of course it is. So we decide ill just use the coffee cups in the room and get ice. The ice machine is right next to our room. It too is broken. After such a long evening already we decide to hit the bed for an early day the next day. I go to turn on my alarm on my phone which I had plugged into charge. Outlets dont work 5/6 of them. Room phones don't work to call down. Breakfast was cold and dining area not kept up with. Overall terrible experience. No manager on duty either.

The only issue was the Heat/AC thermostat did not work. Didn’t even light up or turn on. Called the desk and was put on hold until I finally hung up. Hot water was not really hot either.

We had a nice stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The breakfast buffet and happy hour were unexpected, but were definitely enjoyed. We will stay there again,
