I checked in with my family on the 22nd of December 2024, it was after 5pm and we had been traveling for over 10 hours by plane and 6 hours by road - we were so happy to be greeted by the front office staff. They were so warm, friendly, efficient and throughout our stay - we checked out on the 27th of December. It was a lovely Christmas vacation ans i highly recommend it. Thank you to the Staff ans Team at Embassy Suits South San Fransisco.

Always I request the higher floor because of the views. Thank you! But I noticed they’re changed a lot. Likes the beds, before it’s was very nice comfortable and! appealing! Also why no comforters in the bed? Also the last time I was stayed in the 10th floor they’re had a munchies like Candies, Snacks and Waters bottles from hotels, But this times they didn’t have, even I knew they charge me more? Do they don’t serve that anymore? But everything’s great experience again. Most of the Customers service they all nice. Thank you, very much! Happy Holidays Days to all! 🙏☘️☀️🎉

They cancelled my reservation while I was IN FLIGHT to San Fran. I always try to go out of my way to stay at Embassy Suites when I can, but I will have to rethink that after this. What is the point of a reservation??

The hotel had arranged a corner room for me as a diamond member, and then upon arrival they said it was not available and that they could put me in my previously booked book. Disappointed, I relented. When I got to my room it was not the room I had previously booked (a king bed), it was a 2 bed room. I later found out they oversold the hotel and my colleagues who had later flights were turned away, despite having reservations. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress as it sank. The breakfast is decent and the location is nice. It does seem to cater to families who want to use the indoor pool, despite being located in SSF where business travelers will often book.

We had to call the hotel manager because the room had no heat and when we got a portable heater the electricity went out 3 times we finally changed rooms.

The overall property and renovations are great. We stayed on a holiday so the hotel restaurant wasn't open, which was somewhat of a bummer. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I had to request service for the television 3 times before someone came to assist. Once I received a response, it was very efficient.

Overall stay was okay. The elevator was confusing, we weren’t sure how to get to our room, the pool was crowded with a swim class and we asked for a heater but never received one. It was peaceful at night though and comfortable when we slept. Housekeeping was helpful and nice.
