The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle was there on time to take us to the airport at 3am. Very good experience.

We stayed at this property because our flight was postponed overnight at the last minute. Very close to the airport. Easy reservation and check in process. Many places to eat and shop within very close proximity. The property was quiet. Free self parking. We had to leave around 6am so we missed the full breakfast but they had a sack breakfast so we could take it with us. Check out was quick and easy. This was a very good value for the money.

We were in Cleveland for a show at the IX Center, and the whole city was already packed for the Eclipse and Women’s Basketball. It was very difficult to find any reasonable accommodations to fit our group’s needs. Luckily, the Hampton Inn-Middleburg Heights was perfect for our group of five. The suite was spacious and newly renovated, with a kitchen area and walk-in shower, all of which were incredibly useful. The Beds were comfortable, and the flatscreen tv’s had hundreds of channels. Breakfast was good and on-par with other Hampton Inn properties, and the staff was pleasant and attentive whenever we needed assistance. Location was also a plus, with plenty of new and existing restaurants and easy access to both I-71 and I-480. For the accommodations, location, and price: you won’t find a better packaged suite anywhere in Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, Brook Park, or greater Cleveland.
