Firstly l didn't get to stay at the property because the water was off and then i had to pay more for the next one

Close to the airport, and nearby the shopping mall. There are many busses from Jersey Garden Mall to Manhattan.

The whole stay we did not have any water. We talked to the property managment and they agreed they would give us a full refund but the petition had to be made through Orbitz.

There was not enough parking spots but nice otherwise

Hotel had continuous two night had midnight to morning time FIRE ALARM going on without any fire issues! Had not had water supply in the morning till late after noon to use our restrooms, toilets were smelling bad without water after the first FIRE ALARM in the midnight 1:30AM! And had not had hot water for shower until next night, where again in the early morning hours about 4AM second FIRE ALARM! Both ALARMs screwed our sleeps after day full activity tiredness and no toilet/tap cold water to use! We have to make morning toilets arrangements ourself outside the hotels and Front desk did not provide any alternative arrangements! This hotel is HORRIBLE Maintenance on Water supply Conditions! WE suffered a lot on our preplanned programmes by missing/changing our day plans! They have not compensated anything on the mess caused by their mismanagement! I WANT MY ALL THREE NIGHTS PAYMENT BACK WITH COMPENSATION FOR MY LOSSES OF WORKS?TRIP PLANS!

We Checked in and Everything was GREAT until Jan 2nd to Jan 3rd. About 12:31am (midnight) the fire alarm system was triggered and inform everyone about the emergency. Due to a burst pipe burst. The fire response team fire fighters. Everyone in the property and the hotel had to be evacuated to the lobby. This went on until 1:15ish. When getting ready to depart the hotel at 6:30am on Jan 3rd, the hotel had no running water. Upon checkout the front desk receptionist informed me that the manager will contact us to offer us a refund on the night’s stay. I had two rooms book room 630 and 632 Adjoining rooms. The front desk receptionist informed me to reach out to HOTELS.com regarding my experience at the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was very kind. I didn’t catch up the breakfast, but she kindly grabbed some food for me.

Fire alarm went off for over a half hour straight at 1am. Woke up to no water in whole hotel. Waited at front desk for 30 minutes to check out while clerk was on the phone

There was fire alarm or prank in the middle of the night that woke everyone. Also there was no water in the bathrooms on the last day before checkout. The reception staff are so unfriendly and rude. This was a very bad experience. The breakfast had very limited menu options and had the SAME FOOD for 4 days!

Staff is horrible! Crazy person was screaming in my hallway at 2:00 am one night, it took forever for security to come.

The outlet mall is really close!

They charged a lot for the security deposit and employees are not very nice

It’s a great hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our only complain would be the line to the breakfast room - up to a 1/2 hour. I understand it was a busy time but they should adjust. Maybe have two serving stations. Food was good when we actually did eat there.

Terrible and will NOT be booking with this hotel EVER again. They NEVER answer the phone, they don get back to you, our car got broken into and they had no sympathy even though we pay 20 a day for parking. Staff clearly are not in the hospitality field.
