We checked our after the first night because if the conditions. They said they would refund for all but the night we stayed. We agreed, the “refunded” it to the incorrect card. Because we paid the rental with our bank card and the deposit on a credit card. Things were pending for days, no refund has showed up for the stay or the deposit. We had to contact the bank and ask them to do a fraud investigation because we were stuck out of state and all our money was tied up in their system and they couldn’t do anything about it. We were given business cards for the manager with incorrect phone number listed. On and on and on, needless to say we stayed one night paid for 9 and still have not gotten our back. They are a scam of a business.

Wow, has this property really gone down to the dogs!! I stayed at this place 2 1/2 years ago and it was a gem. Nice, clean, felt safe. Now, it's dingy, dirty, disgusting, and feels unsafe. I had the highest room category they offer, the 2 bedroom penthouse suite with 2 floors and the first unit, I was assigned, I had to immediately asked to be moved because the unit reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke, looked dingy and disgusting and had stains all over. They moved me to a different unit that was only a step above, still could smell faint scent of cigarette smoke and it still was not up to standard. The furniture still had stains on it. Also there was a security guard parked out front with lights on and kept circling around, made me feel unsafe. I checked out as soon as possible. I no longer recommend this place.

Stayed 3 weeks. Quite location. No network TV channels. Just a few cable channels like TBS TNT history. So not much really to watch. Bfast not so good. bagels ok. Hot food shaky. Waffles ok. after the 1st day I went out for breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact that the temperature could not be controlled. Either it was too hot or too cold. Plus, the unit kept running all night long!!!!
Also, there was not a glass or cup in the place that I could get a drink of water throughout the night.
Breakfast: no food or coffee was permitted outside of the food area. My husband could not even bring coffee to me in the morning because he had to go outside and around the building to come to our room.
Would I stay there again? No way!

The room stunk, paint chips all over, tile floor coming up in spots. Locked out of room after 1st night, had to get keys reprogrammed. When they came in to clean, sheets and blankets from pull-out bed were taken and no replacements left. Took towels, but did not replace.

Bugs in 1st room, switched room, fruit flies in second one. Front Door didn’t close all the way. Smelled like marijuana was coming through the air vents. Could hear every footstep above us that didn’t stop until after 1 am.

Our unit had no heat, it was 60 degrees inside all night. Very light bed linens, no extra blankets. The free breakfast was pitiful. The juice machine was out of order so there was nothing to drink except coffee. The waffle iron was not working properly, as waffles were brown on the outside but very doughy on the inside.
