The hotel was very average. The parking garage was supposed to be free, but they charged us a high amount. Also, the breakfast was not included and had to be paid for separately.

The room was hot, the air wasnt working properly and hardly blowing out of the vent. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and made my back hurt when sleeping. The room was clean when we checked in, but the cleaning service only did the beds and towels when they came through. They didnt vacuum or empty any trash

So I booked a reservation based on the fact that they had a pool and a hot tub and I called to confirm that they were working however when I arrived the hot tub was under construction and the pool had so much chlorine that I didn’t feel safe to swim . Also I stayed at the hotel but they charge for parking in the garage unless your handicap which I’m . But I think parking should be part of the hotel

During my short stay at the hotel, I found the staff was rude. The smile was missing every time I interacted with the staff. My son plays fine piano, but as he started playing piano of the lobby the staff rudely approached to stop him. Apart from that, I had to ask for the complementary water bottles for the room. And had to go to the front desk to get it instead of being provided in the room.

I booked four rooms and shower didn’t work plumber came but still couldn’t fix properly because fixtures are very old and one room heating didn’t work all night and they failed to replace the room kids couldn’t sleep all night due to cold and I was overcharged each room for about $158.00 at check in when I complaint I was told it was security deposit but never was fully refunded.

The room was very clean, staff was polite. One problem we had was the toilet clogged right away however maintenance fixed the issue right away. The hotel was also quiet during the night for a restful sleep. Would definitely recommend, except for the closeness to train transportation into the city.
