I will definitely come back. We stayed for 3 nights. The 1 bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend for anyone who is celebrating a birthday. 100/100

Started off with horrible service at check-in. The gentleman that checked us in was very rude. Rooms were decent but extremely overpriced for the lack of amenities considering the hotel doesn’t even have a casino in it. I think what topped off the stay was that the cleaning lady either stole everything we had bought on the trip the day before we left or threw it out (everything was still in the bags). There are definitely better options closer to the central part of the strip I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Family friendly resort and pool was excellent for my kids max depth 3.5’. I would go direct to a Hilton to lodge and not through Expedia. Expedia still hasn’t responded to my message regarding early checkout and reimbursement. The property has no control when booked through 3rd party.

The first day we got there they had not cleaned the bathroom. Previous visitors soap bars were still in the shower. Second day they did not do any room service in our room.

Hotel is pretty and fairly clean. Check-in staff was not the friendliest. Cafeteria staff was not friendly. However, the check-in staff that sent text messages daily were wonderful. We did have to phone down to get our room cleaned two out of the four days as they forgot. Kitchen was not restocked with coffee creamer, etc. and we found dirty laundry in our room from the previous guests. They did compensate the resort fee however they charged us for the last night. Overall, the hotel was fine, just a little disappointed that did not comp the entire resort fee for finding dirty underwear in our hotel. Beds were nice, comfort was good and it looked beautiful at Christmas. However, after travelling for nine hours, the worst part about the hotel was after check-in. They tried to sell you a Hilton membership and a vacation’s package. Was not impressed with that. Overall, the hotel was three out of five.
