I appreciate the parking lot security, the peace and serenity. All your staff was equally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I appreciate being able to pull up to unload / load / the use of the bell carts and the elevator. The well groomed / clean exterior of the building leaves a good impression - thanks - I’ll be returning

People in the room next to us, were doing a lot of noise whole night, we called the front desk and they never solve the problem

Hotel looks brand new and was really nice. Parking lot was well lit and nice. I really wish they would keep the pool a little warmer and a hot tub would have been nice.

Property could use some interior maintenance, the pull out couch could use a good cleaning or replacement however the front desk staff and hotel staff was excellent! They were very helpful and personable I’d totally go back.

I requested a handicapped or accessible room, the room we got was really big and easy to access and move around ✅️. There was a lot of stains on the carpet inside the room and a big stain on the curtain that make the room look old and duty.
I also pre-paid for breakfast but when we got to the property they told us they don't serve breakfast on Mondays and that they couldn't do a refund 😒.
The staff was really friendly and the rest of the property looked ok.

Reservation was confirmed at $139 per night including a $10 charge for breakfast. Upon check in we were charged $249...$100 for a deposit which was to be returned when we checked out. Our credit card has been charged the extra $100 for this deposit after being assured it would not be charged. So we have been charged $249 for a one night stay at a Holiday Inn...OUTRAGIOUS! Additionally, no breakfast was being served. Expedia and Holiday Inn should be ashamed!

This was an AMAZING hotel with a great staff. BUT they do NOT have 2 queen bed suite rooms that are handicap accessible and Hotels.com says they do. It was very sad to get to the hotel at 9pm and to only have the option of 1 king bed. Everything about the hotel was so nice, but this was a gigantic inconvenience and hotels.com did nothing but call for a refund. Hotels.com should have been responsible for my lack of beds.
