Easy check in. Refrigerator in room was off. You have to turn it on for it to work. Another minor issue, the DTV remote was not working properly.

The hotel was great, the staff was great, the breakfast was great. Water pressure in the shower was not so great but will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Grants, NM.

Stayed one night but AC was very noisy and window didn’t have curtains so very bright light was directly on our face. There was a shade but it was hardly blocking the light. Room was clean though and staff was good too

The room and bathroom were very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Construction and noise in the hallways continue a year later. The pull out sofa bed was brown and super gross. Looked like it was not opened in forever. We had to switch it with another one from a different room. We had carry it ourselves. No sheets, pillows or comforter were provided for that bed. We had to ask for extra towels too and had to go get them ourselves. Way too pricey for the poor conditions and service provided. We will not return here.

Soon to be remodeled. Couldn't come soon enough. Dining in the area is lacking especially when you are referred to a place that is closed.

This location is the half way point within a 24 hr drive from Texas to where we are headed in California. The staff was extremely informative and very nice! Our room just wasn’t properly cleaned. There was an open cola can next to the microwave. The towels were washed but heavily stained. There was foam from shampoo on the walls in the shower. The shower gel dispenser was empty. I had to bath with the shampoo as it was late when we anrrived and I was already in the shower when I noticed it. There was also lots of fallen hair in the beds, and the floor had dried soda spots. We where to tired to request another room after driving 12 hrs and I had already showered so we slept in our clothing on top of the covers and checked out by 6am.

the elevator was broken, the woman had an unpleasant welcome, she didn't. wanted to find a solution. my husband is disabled, we had to walk up 2 floors with the suitcases, a shame

The low star rating is due to no elevators working. We were put on the third floor and had to carry our luggage up. Once in the room it was like a refrigerator. I understand having the air on to have the room comfortable, but setting it at 63 is too cold. The bed felt wet due to the coldness. It wasn’t wet, just uncomfortable for trying to go to sleep. I would skip staying here until their renovations are complete.

No elevators working! Due to disability I could not walk up to third floor. Asked for room on first floor as we could not access third floor room. We were changed to a first floor room and uncharged for the room.
