Holiday Inn Express & Suites GREEN BAY EAST, an IHG Hotel

I would have given a 5 star. This was probably the best hotel room I have ever stayed at. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was amazing and so incredibly comfortable. But the sheets did have a some hair stuck on it, which isn’t a huge deal and the couch had some spots on it that was a little questionable.. I do think that the pool should be open until midnight, for adults at least. 10 pm is a bit early, especially since the pool is not that big and full of people, mostly little kids until 10. Which is understandable, but should remain open for a few hours so others can enjoy the pool and hot tub as well. But other than that, it was honestly the best hotel stay.

Quick and easy check in. Breakfast was good and hotel was very clean. Pool area is pretty dangerous tho. Multiple kids were falling. I slid myself and pulled my back. It’s like walking on ice or a greased floor. Never experienced that in a pool area… it was weird. Very nice but probably won’t stay again just because of the pool area.

The pancake machine was broken for the whole 3 days i was there so limited breakfasts. There was no body wash in our shower the first night, the furnace didn't work properly and kept making loud poping sounds all hours of the night. It was either smoking hot or ice cold in our room there was no control of the heat. Other than that it was clean and relatively quiet. The housekeeping girls were great.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, although they may have been understaffed. A couple of times there wasn't anyone at the front desk for a decent amount of time. Once we even left a note from grabbing some items from the drink and snack area. Our room was nice, but it could've definitely been cleaner. There were crumbs everywhere on the floor and the garbage cans hadn't been cleaned under the trash bags. The bathroom, bed and sheets were clean though, so that's why I didn't complain. We did stay for 4 days, and the same mess was on the hallway and elevator floors the entire time. Again this could've been a staffing issue. Overall a decent hotel. We've stayed in the area at least once a year and have had better experiences, so I would probably not stay here again.

The continental breakfast was not great. The pancake machine was broken the entire time and the breads were brought out frozen so we could not eat them. It was a little disappointing.

We booked a room with a jetted tub and fireplace for a birthday and when we arrived for check in they said the room wasn’t available even though I had a card confirmation receipt. Would not recommend staying here. Definitely won’t be back

Food was left in fridge from previous guest. Traveling group, another room got locked out, the security latch popped so couldn’t get in the room.

In town for a Packers game. Good location. Fit our needs nicely. The continental breakfast was good. I think the pictures led us to believe the pool would be bigger, but a small complaint. Overall, was nice.

Clean room and spacious size room and bathroom.

It was a really nice hotel just for the night I liked it …. The only thing I didn’t like was the metal holder that held th shampoo in it fell apart
