My daughter and I stayed a night, only to find that every white towel and wash cloth were stained. Bleach, folks. Bleach.
The bathroom counter and sink had at least two other people's hair on them.
I was afraid to look in much more detail.
It doesnt look like a very busy hotel, but not much choice if you're staying in Three Rivers Michigan

The lobby had a bad smell to it. The bathroom had mold in the shower and stained carpet. Needs work and more cleaning! Too expensive for what you get.

Hotel was a Landlord special, slapped paint on stuff that needs repair. Not up to par for what I have come to expect from holiday inn. Stained carpet (bad) more than just the normal wear and tear. Staff was nice.

It was clean, but many things were broken, scratched and damaged. It was just very average and just above the level of not wanting to leave to find another place.

Stayed overnight after attending a concert in the nearby dark sky park. Room was comfortable. Ice machine on our floor was out of order and wish front desk had let us know that when we checked in. Only available machine was on a different floor.
