Decent hotel for a work stay or to use as a jumping off point. Notjing special. Convenient for Santa Rosa airport. Lots of nice local dining. Hotel has limited parking. Roms are ok.

We chose this properly because of the 9/10 rating it had. It was about an hour away from SF, so we were close enough to the city for our trip. I liked that the check in process was so easy. Once I got there, the front desk receptionist checked me in, in less than 5 minutes. I also asked for a place to eat unique to the city, and things to do locally. He gave me a great suggestion (sweet T’s across the street, dile basketball courts, and let me know everything was walking distance). The room was clean, simple, but modern. It was quiet. They have a gym on the premises, which I took advantage of. (They also have free water with fruit pieces out in fruit, which I’d fill up my tumbler with. The gym was quiet, I was the only one there. The ONLY downside to my stay was that I thought my stay included a continental breakfast—it did not. They said that I would’ve been given vouchers if that was the case. This is the only reason I cannot give them a 10/10. Other than that, our stay was great!

Close to 101 Freeway

Parking can be a challenge when there are a lot of people. Other than that we loved our stay in Windsor.

Great property, friendly staff clean, great location a must stay

This was nice quiet motel with friendly staff. Beds were great! Unfortunately, it was a quick in and out night for us so I can't say anything about breakfast or other amenities at the hotel! We would stay again!

No hot water in the shower . No breakfast included.

Property starting to show some age. Pool area shows rust and lines show small stains on them. Overall another good stay.

Outside not very appealing.

Only comment I’d like to add is that hotel management would enforce the quiet policy. From 9:30pm to 11pm there was a couple on floor 2 being super loud shouting and talking in very high volume. I know most hotels enforce quiet policy after 10pm.

This place is worth every cent.

We did a staycation with my cousin's family. Visited the Old Faithful Geyser nearby. Loved that this place had an indoor pool. Big hit with the kids. Close to lots of restaurants nearby.

For us location is very good. Missed mot having the bar and restaurant not open. Nice and clean. Easy parking for handicap and great to have luggage carriers. Great there is an elevator too.

Hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet. Stains on the carpet. Finger prints and smudges all over the kitchen cabinets. Only one fork in the silverware drawer. No napkins. Not enough towels or pillows. What appeared to be a bloodstain on the blanket for the pullout couch.

Great hotel

My room wasn’t clean there were wrapper paper on the floor. Last guest left bakery goods inside of the ice bucket. I went down to get a new one and they said someone will bring it to me and no one ever did. Only good thing was they let us stay longer because we had another reservation in the same hotel but different room

Better lighting.

Easy online check in, our room was ready at 3:00pm. The room was quiet and clean. Important to note restaurant on property is closed except for breakfast 7-10a.
