I really enjoyed my stay. 5 minutes after checking in I got a call to my room from the front desk to make sure everything was good and working properly. very considerate !!!!

Staff is amazing!! Liza and everyone do awesome on a daily basis. House keeping also do a great job. The manager is a good guy and so is the gm. Its not bad for the price, you cant go wrong. Few bugs but nothing out of this world. Its not the Ritz Carlton so just have to take care of it. For most part it has been safe place to stay. Neighbors were awesome as well.

Please refund my money or I will stop payment. 5 minutes after entering my room I found 3 different live cochroaches. The elevator floor was sticky. The door didn't lock. I cancelled my room and want a complete refund!!!!

Upon booking my stay at the hometown studios Orlando UCF, I booked on Expedia from November 22nd through the 29th, which totaled $377.86 plus a 100.00 deposit. When I went to the front desk on November 22nd, a lady named Liza "Lisa" was very incompetent, rude, and seemed unaware she was checking me in. Liza showed me a room that was not clean yet, which was room (126), a disability room. Liza told me to wait for an hour while the room was cleaned. And she would go ahead and check me into room (126). When Lisa gave me my room key, it had the wrong room (124) on the key, so I went back to make Lisa aware that she had put the wrong room number on the key; she said, "Oh, I'm sorry," and changed the room number back to the room (126) and did something in the computer and told me I was good to go. Upon entering room (126), I saw a dead Roach on the wall. I started putting my food in the refrigerator, and roaches began coming out of the fridge from behind the refrigerator. I called Lisa to make her aware, and she said, "Well, I'll put you on the list for the exterminator on Wednesday, which would be the 27th of November." the same night, when I was sleeping, and someone tried to enter my room I had the door lock which is a safety lock. It was a man I was screaming, and he said, "Oh, I thought the room was vacant." I cried and screamed because I thought I was being robbed/ He said, "I'm the security guard. I paid for a 2 queen bed RM. on day of check in they only had a 1 double bed RM for 3 people. when we did get there there was no pillows in the room and there was no shower curtain!!!!! didn't get a price adjustment or an apology!!! was very surprised, I stay here often and this was NOT their normal response!!!!!

Check-in process was slow considering I was the only one in the lobby. I sat there 30 minutes before the front desk staff called me up to do the paperwork. The bed moves when you sit on it so it’s obviously not a quality item. The bathroom had 1 bar of soap and towels, so very limited hygiene supplies. For the price I paid I didn’t expect much. It’s fine though, I just needed the room, wasn’t needing much. But I definitely wouldn’t spend days here.

No AC. The A/C unit ran, but blew no air. The room has horrendously hot. No soap, no shampoo or toilet paper in the room for the entire stay. I had to go out in a heavy rainstorm at 11:30PM to purchase toiletries. I called the front desk and they advised a technician would fix the unit, nobody showed up. If they did, there was still no cold air in the room. Roaches crawled all over my luggage and throughout the whole room. I only stayed because everything was sold out in the area due to UCF Family Weekend. This so called hotel should be inspected and shutdown immediately…I want my money back, but doubt they will pay..

When we arrived, we found two used bath towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the AC wouldn’t go on and off automatically and wasn’t working very well, the turnstile plate in the microwave was missing, there was no shampoo or conditioner, there was a bug crawling and hiding in the rubber cushioning of the refrigerator door, the refrigerator appeared to be missing shelves and one bath towel that was folded on the shelf, turned out to have many black spots all over it, and the TV remote was not working and needed to be replaced. Since we checked in around 10 PM, the only employee at the front desk, tried her best to accommodate us. Unfortunately, she was unable to fix or adjust the AC and since the hotel was fully booked, she was unable to change our room. She did give us a new TV remote that worked, one small shampoo/conditioner (only one she could find), and two clean bath towels. She did here best at the end of her day. I wish I knew her name.
