I love it here, it’s my favorite spot to stay in Miami! They were so helpful this stay with setting the room up for my fiancé birthday….Lol he turned 42 they put 24 it was the funniest thing ever. We always have great stay. We’ll be back in June.

Disappointing overall. Room was in an annexe and was tired and dated. Our key card failed to work on several occasions, which meant a trek back to reception each time.
Resort fee excessive for what was an already overpriced hotel.

Main complaint was that shower flooded bathroom with every use. I brought to attention of staff twice. Nothing happened. I was there for a sweaty yoga retreat and was showering twice a day. Even a brief shower would result in whole bathroom being deluged and it doesn’t dry up with the humidity so then I had to wear shoes in there so it was just a mess.

The pictures that are online depict the property as being in good condition, but in reality it has wear and tear also, originally they were putting me in a room that was located and accessed from outside the property. It was a little awkward, and in my opinion, not as safe, you would access the door from outside And it was dark and for a female, I would say not as safe to stay in. Make sure that you request a room located inside of the actual hotel.

Very good hotel, would definitely go back! However no beach chairs come with the hotel and you must pay for them. They only offer pool access with limited pool chairs

The hotel was nice enough. Pool was lovely. Lacking staff. Especially at the pool bar. The bartender tried his hardest but one person was not enough. Also the hours of operation of the pool and bar seemed more like nest guesses versus actual times. New Year’s Eve celebration started at 10. It was almost eleven before anyone from the staff arrived to provide service. Although it was new years the price to stay was still a bit steep

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and the pool looked amazing. The pool was on top of a roof along with a bar. Great location. I will definitely book with them again.

We have been here 17 years ago when there were only a
Suites in the property. It stayed with the same good vibe, great VFM, in a less noisy part of south beach.
