Great staff. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, when it was built, a fan was not installed in the bathroom. This is the fault of the builders, not the staff.

Brought our 80 lbs German Shepherd dog and they were very accommodating and pet friendly. Lots of other dogs as well. The room was perfect for us, and our dog slept happily in the bed with us. I would recommend to anyone with a dog that travels with them.

We stayed here a year ago, and the property was in much better condition. Our door would stick and had to be shoved with a hip to open it, the heat\AC unit sounded terrible when the heat kicked in, a light was out in the room, two of the four pillows were so lumpy and hard as to be useless. The tiny,tiny Dove soap was a joke. We booked because it was next to the hospital and the rates were good. Lobby staff when I checked in was a 3.5-4; last time they were an easy 5. We will not stay at La Quinta again when we travel. Our nephew, who travels extensively said he didn’t stay anymore because you never knew what you would get.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was ok clean. Shower was dirty and the water from the previous people was still flooded in rhe shower and didnt drain. Random hair was on the bed with an empty bottle on the side of the bed.

The motel was very convenient to the medical appointments I had. The only reason I rated the facility as good was that my mattress was uncomfortable. It sank down due to wear. I notified the desk clerk Norma, and she had maintenance turn the mattress within an hour. It was satisfactory for our last night there. I was most impressed with the rapid and accommodating response.
